It is not all about being wowed by the unlimited signing budget of Newcastle United.  There are more to it and if I am being placed as an adviser to Newcastle United, I will rather advise them to take their team reformation easily so as not to destabilise their team. They already got a good team, what they need is just few important signings to add to the team and not to change upto 50% of the team. This might lead to regret if they do not follow their growth step by step. Now they are in Champions League, their next target should be to go Champions league again and then shot for EPL title and so on.
