The race and tussle for good coach has gotten to an end, while I believe Chelsea's problem is not all about coaching. Graham Potter would have succeeded in Chelsea assuming he was given time to go on pre season with the Chelsea guys. He came unprepared and had to hit the ground running from no where. Frank Lampard in his second journey to Chelsea also met an already confused team and he does not have the capability to change things.

Now Poch is here and there is time for pre season. I wish him well

We can only hope Pochettino's era at Chelsea be recorded a success because Chelsea have gone through a rough phase this season and will be setting sights at getting back yo winning ways next season. Based on experienced in Primer League why Chelsea management more priority Pochettino than Nagelsmann has bigger contribution with Bayern Munich this season and has unbeaten record in Champion League by won 8 games from 8 matches. I think it will take some years before Chelsea becomes better. It's sad reality because look at how City became much better the moment they were taken over, look at Newcastle, they got a new owner half way last season and they are in UCL this season, and look at Chelsea, team that spent so much money and they still suck. I also think that Xavi is probably the perfect coach for FC Barcelona at the moment. The fans totally love him because he was one of the greatest and most loyal players that the club ever had, therefore i think they will also continue to support him even if they are not doing so well like for example in the European competitions this year.
I also have to say though, that he did some weird interviews especially after the losses against Bayern Munich and Inter Milan in the group stage of the champions league, where he was complaining about the referee and saying that they were the better club in like 3 lost matches straight. Nagelsmann was sacked just as Bayern were in contention for the treble, but in the end the substitution only resulted in Bayern being lucky that Dortmund were generous and gave them the title at the last minute. I'm not sure if Nagelsmann could have beaten City, but most likely the team would have played more reliably in the DFB-Pokal and the Bundesliga than in the face of the sudden change in situation due to the arrival of a new coach in the middle of the season.
