Pep may also change his mind but im sure that he is willing to stay in the manchester city as long as he can. The substantial number of trophies won by Manchester City during his tenure has likely contributed to his interest in staying with the club for an extended period.
Pep is pretty much the same like ferguson when he was still coaching manchester united. This is also my main reason to believe pe will not leave from there.

Maybe they can attract his attention by the position they are at in the Premier League standings now. Because they are fighting for the league title you know. Even if they don't make it to the title it seems like they will have a ticket for the Champions League group stage at worst. If they make the offer to Kimmich at the end of the season it could be more attracting.

The foundation that Pep Guardiola has built is a solid foundation, if they want to replace Pep then they must bring in a coach who also has a football philosophy that is not much different from Pep. I won't be surprised if Pep Guardiola leaves in coming season to another league or club where they have a champions league spot, because one thing is the club owners of Manchester city also have Girona as theirs and with the performance the club Girona has put up in their league division, it is likely they get to secure a champions league spot while Manchester city has to not.
That is, One of the two teams only can qualify and partake in the champions league tournament. So if Pep has plans to manage another side, it's a wise choice or he could stay a few seasons more and hope that Girona doesn't finish on top spot in their league this season, thereby cementing their spot in the champions league next season.

He loves a challenge and if his goal is to lead a French club to Champions League glory, then Paris Saint Germain is most likely his next destination. Paris Saint Germain is a club that currently has everything, it's just that they can't compete in the Champions League, it's definitely a huge challenge for any coach to be able to bring this club to the championship. Yes, I agree with you because I don't think he is going anywhere. He is going to stay with Manchester City. And maybe people might say that he has already achieved quite enough with Manchester City. But I think he is actually going to stay and try to prove himself more. Because people did want to see him actually defend the English Premier League title and the Champions League title successfully this season. But I am not so sure if he will actually be able to do that or not. Maybe that is the challenge he is actually trying to be successful at, I'm not sure.

Selling and getting money for the team is always the priority, there are no irreplaceable players and Napoli will find a replacement for him too. The question is, will he be able to play at Arsenal? It seems to me that this championship is not really for him, a completely different style of play

Speaking of Manchester city, I learnt they are in the final stages of completing a signing of Claudio Echeverri from River Plate, Argentina, for €25M. I don't think at his level, he would be sacked. He has done way better and still is the better manager among the EPL teams currently.

You mentioned Victor Oshime? Lol! You'll have to keep on day dreaming because that'll never happen. The Nigerian international  and Napoli striker already signed a contract extension with Napoli few weeks after he won the African best player award for the first time.

Ivan Toney to Arsenal might be positive if you ask me. They can try to exchnage him with the English man Nketiah who has scored five league goals for the gunners this season already.

I think a new contract extension will discourage other clubs from recruiting him. Osimhen looks like he will stay at Napoli for one more season, even though his contract is extended until 2026, I think he will move early before his contract ends or is extended again. Osimhen opportunity to move is quite open, but not in January, which is only a few days away. Regarding Osimhen's release clause, I'm sure there are still several clubs that can afford it, clubs like Chelsea, Madrid, PSG wouldn't mind spending that much money just for one player.

Osimhen decline in performance is worrying, because it has a direct impact on Napoli goal productivity. So this will automatically affect the team performance, currently Napoli is in a very risky situation. If next season Napoli releases Osimhen, it is not impossible that Mazzarri squad will continue to lose stability.
