As for Rooney, I don't rate him highly in terms of coaching because his personality is not suitable to become a good coach. Example, Ronaldinho or Neymar might be  extremely talented players, but become a coach is a different story.

English coaches are not good enough, I don't need remind you about coaches like Graham Potter, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and lastly Gareth Southgate.
They're not good like they're being hyped and supported. I knew he wasn't going to do well judging from his time with Derby County and one other club in the States.

We can't blame anyone, clubs have their targets which must be completed by coaches and players. but they didn't get it with Rooney. he's a good player, but maybe not good enough to coach.

A small improvement meant nothing, as the club has a very big target to be achieved. If rooney was failed, then he is not worthy enough to be recruited as a coach. He was good as a football player but not as a coach.
Rooney is having the same fate as gerrard which is not having specialization to coach the club. That proves that if it's not all of football players can become excellent coaches for their clubs.

Rooney, gerrard and more english coaches were overrated coach. They were always failed to deliver good results for the teams that they have coached it.
The team needs to be very careful when recruiting the new player caused by they can also make a blunder that in result makes the performance of their club was even worse.

It's finished for rooney and he will not get another trust anymore from other club. Those english coaches shall be eveluating themselves caused by they never had good run on their careers as coaches.
