The fact that English managers aren't as successful in football management as their other European counterparts I think further explains how poor their tactical experiences and abilities are. He needs to learn from Ange Postecoglou who applies psychological aspect in his team management like fostering togetherness in the squad and creating a stronger bond with their fans. Some managers may require a transitional period to implement their tactics and get players accustomed to their style of play. I don't know if this is related or not. But what I see from most players who end up being successful coaches are those who weren't forwards to begin with. Most successful coaches come from players who were originally in the back line or midfield.
