He remains as a vital talent for them but they have to respect his decisions if he is really opened towards the move outta the club.

But the contract between Fikayo Tomori and AC Milan has not expired yet and he can only leave this team after 2027 unless AC Milan lets him leave.

You can't say Tomori is very close to join Bayern Munich if he has no chance to leave AC Milan. Tomori is still needed in AC Milan, he is the main player in AC Milan. So, it doesn't make sense if Tomori will go to Bayern Munich. Moreover, he still has contract with AC Milan until June, 2027.

Arsenal doesn't have a top notch striker, someone who can accept responsibility when the game isn't going very well and decide the game with a solo. It is mostly team effort, which is good but every team that's highly ambitious needs this one guy as you said, a spearhead. Usually they have some great names in their team like Jesus, but he isn't a player who scores 25 goals and more in a Premier League season. This is really missing there and probably costs them some of the games.

Arteta and Edu need to explore various alternatives to ensure they make the right choice for the team's needs.
