What will ten Hag buy? Midfielder, striker, defensive player? It seems that at the start of last season Ten Hag had started with some new players and was to his liking. But what was produced today is really disappointing. I think Man United's current problem is not only players, but the coach is very influential. Ten Hag failed to make the mentality of a great player. There is no sense of struggle, they seem to get tired easily and give up. I don't know who to buy, but I'm disappointed with ten Hag in his second season.
But in this case Ten Hag must be more serious about finding players because now they must try to find players who match the ideology of Ten Hag and match the game that Manchester United is doing also not only focusing on the closeness in Ten Hag's previous clubs as has happened for several players. On the other hand, at the moment it seems that Ten Hag will try to remove players who do not really fit his perspective for Manchester United including players who have problems with him. Currently, there are already several players included in the Manchester United sales list and most of them are in the Manchester United midfield because we know their midfield players are too piled up but the contribution is still very lacking. Ofcourse,if we are to say the truth,we will definitely see that Ten Hag felt reluctant in the bid to make the players get a positive result in each of the games they play.To me,Man u is a good team, but all they need is a coach who will play with the players, and motivate them to learn more. It wouldn't be bad if they can turn a new leave in this second half of the season, and try their possible best to win games more often. All Ten hag need to do is to check for the departures, and look for possible replacements that can improve the team.If this happens, then I can say Manchester unuted may have the. Chance of qualifying for Europe competition nest season.

English coaches are not good enough, I don't need remind you about coaches like Graham Potter, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and lastly Gareth Southgate. They're not good like they're being hyped and supported. I knew he wasn't going to do well judging from his time with Derby County and one other club in the States. It was a smart decision from Birmingham City and them management to finally call of the contract and show him the exit.
Manchester United player and winger Jadon Sancho has finally come to agreement with his former club Borrussia Dortmund on a potential return back the club.
Mentioning them and none of these coaches have been able to fill in good space for a club, is it that they're cause? A coincidence or they don't just have a clue about executing their jobs? You know what they say about English coaches? They're the best when it comes to playing on the pitch and also interms of managerial roles, I don't value their rating, it's consider as hype. Wayne Rooney have been sacked by Birmingham City, bad news for Rooney in the New year 2024. We should not blame the club because they have been patient with the Englishman but he failed to elevate the club to standards, rather he's poor strategy have cause them to lose matches.

It always been like that, European players are overvalued. If imports is forbidden, football is dominated by both Africans and Latinos. Most of players in France's national club is dominated by Africans, they're the reason why France is really strong. But since money and titles are more important than nationalism, so it's what it's and there's nothing wrong with that as long as both of parties agree. There was a proverb saying "If you can't beat them, join them".

Reported Arsenal at least will sell 3 players or more this January and the name just like Cedric Soares, Mohamed Elneny, and Nuno Tavares will be sell and there players aren't important player for Arsenal so they don't have any place at Arsenal main squad so it's better to selling them before their contract ended and some of Turkey teams and Saudi Arabian teams are showing their interest to these players besides that i found interesting rumour about Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale because after lost his place as first goalkeeper in Arsenal finally Ramsdale have a potention to moved this January and Arsenal will thinking to sell him and the teams just like Chelsea and Newcastle are interested to buy Ramsdale
Arsenal have made quite fatal mistake and they have to drop to 4th position in the last match of the first half of the season, and of course Arsenal have to change their game to be even better in the future. But Liverpool and Manchester City are not team that they can easily beat, especially now that Manchester City has really started to rise and has completely perfect squad. The decision to sell several players who are not important for the main squad is one way to have financial stability and the development of football team will be greatly influenced by financial gaps. Maybe Arteta has view of the players he will bring in and decides to sell some players and use the proceeds to get the players he wants. If they only rely on what Arteta has, it will be difficult for them to win again as one of the top team that has the potential to win the title this season. The only ones who will be the biggest challenge and put difficult pressure on Arsenal are Liverpool and Manchester City, so Arteta must prepare his squad with great players.

This is one of the toughest season so far in premier league, because it is the very first time the teams who are ontop are very close to each other on points, there is no team in the top four now that seems to have less quality, and more teams are still working so hard to meet up the point difference.Arsenal wants to improve on their squad, but they need to improve in some departments that they are not doing well, especially at left back and the top nine(9) position, the players who occupy this places are not so good at it,so they need an extra hand to help them be the best version of themselves. If I were Arteta,I wouldn't have sold Kieren Tierney, because he is more solid defensively than Zinchenko who loves to play in the midfield and not defence.

The fact that English managers aren't as successful in football management as their other European counterparts I think further explains how poor their tactical experiences and abilities are. The English media as we all know are very good in hyping their footballers and making an average footballer look like one of the best but because when it comes to football management, you have to prove your capabilities by winning trophies as well as winning more matches for your team than losses, that's why we've not seen English managers doing well whenever they're hired. Wayne Rooney without doubt had a very career as a player, but that's absolutely been the opposite with his managerial career and I think it's be better for him not to continue with the profession as he's failed in almost all the previous attempts.

That proves that it doesn't even matter how good history in your career as a footballer and there is no guarantee if you will be a good coach. In fact, so numerous players that shifted to be a new coach were only a few that was successfully become good coach. Those english coaches were not having good passion to become good coach. Xabi alonso has been successfully bringing leverkusen to increase from the relegation zone while english coaches were sending the team to the relegation zone.
Players and coaches are two areas that I consider distinct. While there are some common points, such as understanding all the playing strategies. But I think that wanting to transition from being a player to a successful coach requires many additional skills related to human management, unlocking players' potentials, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the team to develop improvement plans, like adjusting tactical formations or buying or selling players suitable for the team's style of play. Moreover, coaches must be a psychological master and, importantly, capable of pulling the strings for the entire team and resolving everything in the locker room. As for Rooney, I don't rate him highly in terms of coaching because his personality is not suitable to become a good coach. Example, Ronaldinho or Neymar might be extremely talented players, but become a coach is a different story.

A small improvement meant nothing, as the club has a very big target to be achieved. If rooney was failed, then he is not worthy enough to be recruited as a coach. He was good as a football player but not as a coach. Rooney is having the same fate as gerrard which is not having specialization to coach the club. That proves that if it's not all of football players can become excellent coaches for their clubs. Rooney, gerrard and more english coaches were overrated coach. They were always failed to deliver good results for the teams that they have coached it. The team needs to be very careful when recruiting the new player caused by they can also make a blunder that in result makes the performance of their club was even worse. It's finished for rooney and he will not get another trust anymore from other club. Those english coaches shall be eveluating themselves caused by they never had good run on their careers as coaches.

Some brilliant and exceptional players do not go on to become good coaches, it's like that and you can't do more that yourself. Giving up is not an option in his chase and pursuit of success in his career as a manager. At least when it comes to tactics, he's not good enough, he should work with Pep Guardiola so he could know more than he does right now. I give and use Mikel Arteta as example to my pals whenever we talk about it, he's a better manager to Wayne Rooney, Lampard and Steven Gerrard. ( About Steven Gerrard, he's also not doing well with his new job, he be demanding for players signature, I'll love to see how it ends though!! ) Mikel Arteta for Arsenal would do a good job, the club knows he doesn't have enough players to execute his plans on the pitch. The January Transfer Window should make sense. Ivan Toney must be added. I just don't like the idea of Brentford, they be increasing his fee so Arsenal would look elsewhere.

I don’t know what Arteta’s plans are in this January transfer window because I haven’t heard any news from him or the club. I just feel the club will not be able to do any big deals in January but are making plans ahead of the summer window. I think this Arsenal team doesn’t really need new players honestly. You can’t start buying new players each time you need to change your style or pattern. The team need new patterns, ideas and tactics to break down teams but getting new players isn’t the fix, it’s Left to the coach to come up with new ideas on breaking that and not changing players each time there’s a challenge. I That’s why you see pep have different profile of players in his team. Doku pattern is different from Jack, just as mahrez, KDB, sane and bernado also have different profiles for different type of plays. I hope Arteta figure out how to solve this new puzzle because they’re obviously been figured out.
Arsenal performance was decline and recently at Premier league they were unable to win in the last 3 matches and even Arsenal have to lose from West Ham and Arteta want to buy some players because he want to strengthen Arsenal squad but indeed seems there was no certain news who are the players they will buy in January and before buy the players Arsenal might be will release some players Reported Arsenal at least will sell 3 players or more this January and the name just like Cedric Soares, Mohamed Elneny, and Nuno Tavares will be sell and there players aren't important player for Arsenal so they don't have any place at Arsenal main squad so it's better to selling them before their contract ended and some of Turkey teams and Saudi Arabian teams are showing their interest to these players besides that i found interesting rumour about Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale because after lost his place as first goalkeeper in Arsenal finally Ramsdale have a potention to moved this January and Arsenal will thinking to sell him and the teams just like Chelsea and Newcastle are interested to buy Ramsdale After experiencing a draw with Liverpool, Arsenal continued their poor performance in the last 2 matches, namely losing against West Ham and Fulham. So I think Arteta is starting to think about the weaknesses of his club so it is very likely that Arteta will change to a more mature strategy and will reshuffle several main players by adding players new ones who should have better potential, and the names that Arteta might recruit this month are Ivan Toney from Brentford, Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa, Pedro Neto from Wolves, Victor Oshimen from Napoli and Kalvin Philips from Manchester City I don't know whether these names are true or not, but I think one of them might be achieved by Arteta. Yes, it is possible that Arteta will sell several players to add capital to buy new, better players and what is certain is that Mikel Arteta will sell players who are not really needed by the club, and Mikel Arteta will focus more on thinking about the names they will buy because Mikel Arteta need to improve Arsenal's attack line.

We have to admit that this has been a very bad year for Manchester United. Ten Hag is not a coach who can take full responsibility for Manchester United. I think it needs to be replaced soon. The Premier League is a tough league and not every coach can adapt to this league. I think his dialogue with the players is bad.

When Míchel Sánchez is on the rise with Girona now there are rumors from MARCA said Newcastle are considering recruiting the Girona coach to replace Eddie Howe who is currently starting to slump, I say this is a bold move for Newcastle but my question is: Is it possible Girona will let him go in the winter? I don't think that's likely to happen especially now Girona are on fire hard to beat if their coach leaves then it will be chaotic. This is just a rumor, it is not clear what will happen later whether Eddie Howe will be replaced in the near future or kept by Newcastle. [1] https://twitter.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1742807214862020760Míchel Sánchez is enjoying every moment with Girona who now has the opportunity to give Girona the La Liga championship trophy and lead Girona to Europe's biggest tournament, the UEFA Champions League. Míchel Sánchez's career at Girona has only been more than 2 years since joining in July 2021. During 110 matches as head coach at Girona, only this season has Míchel Sánchez succeeded in bringing Girona this far. Míchel Sánchez is currently one of the most successful coaches in La Liga, let him enjoy this achievement with Girona. Eddie Howe is a great coach. Able to bring Newcastle to appear in the UEFA Champions League for the first time even though they had to fail in the group stage. Newcastle's declining performance in the domestic league is not entirely a sign that Eddie Howe is failing, but rather because many players are injured, making it difficult for him to develop a strategy.

We have to admit that this has been a very bad year for Manchester United. Ten Hag is not a coach who can take full responsibility for Manchester United. I think it needs to be replaced soon. The Premier League is a tough league and not every coach can adapt to this league. I think his dialogue with the players is bad. Erik Ten Hag needs to adapt himself to Premier League before he manage the adaptation for his players. Adapting to the unique challenges of the Premier League demands a certain level of tactical flexibility and an understanding of its competitive nature. It seems that Ten Hag is just a pure profesional which is not enough to handle a big club in Premier League. He needs to learn from Ange Postecoglou who applies psychological aspect in his team management like fostering togetherness in the squad and creating a stronger bond with their fans. Ange changes Spurs straight away massively and improves individuals and the team significantly. Most of Spurs players have been there for while, but they look like very different players under Ange. Some managers may require a transitional period to implement their tactics and get players accustomed to their style of play. But If Ten Hag can draw lessons from Ange's managerial approaches, it could enhance his effectiveness in leading a big club like Manchester United. In fact, He has more resources than Ange has, It should be less difficult to apply any plan he has. Discussion to replace Ten Hag could be a waste without discussion to change environment in Manchester United.

Currently until the end of this season and looking for possibility with Girona will finish on top fourth standings or get miracle by winning La Liga tittle for this season. Newcastle United on drop performance and they want sign the best head coach, looking for Míchel Sánchez have good capacity success make Girona have solid performance in La Liga make him has more valuable and many teams want to sign him as manager. Actually Girona management never have ideas for selling their manager, they won't losses the winning touch and Míchel Sánchez make Girona success lead top position awhile.

English Premier League clubs are making plans to recruit Xabi Alonso from Bundesliga but it's almost a mission impossible because on the other side, Bayer Leverkusen won't be allowing him leave the club so soon because he still have unfinish business with the club. Alonso is in Germany to ensure Will Manchester United hire every player they think is promising? I don't think they have any chance of landing Xabi Alonso in Old Trafford this summer. Alonso doesn't pick any interest in any club at the moment, he's just focused on building Bayer Leverkusen to good shape.
I quite agree too and I don't see Xavi coming to Man UTD especially now that there's so much pressure to climb up the ladder in the Premier league since Erik is not doing a fine job. I remember when he was at Real sociedad b team, he elevated the club to a prominent status and with his Midas touch, he has managed to do same with Bayer Leverkusen. Before his move to the German outfit, big clubs like Bayern Munich sought his services but he chose to make his home in Bayer Leverkusen and from what we are seeing, they may be serious contenders for the title this season. Having learned from the best in the likes of Rafa Benitez, Carlo Ancelloti and Jose Mourinho, it's safe to say he's good but I don't see him excelling much if he migrates to Man UTD. Their problem is from the management, so what happens if he can't deliver after much expectations have been piled on him? He had better remain at Bayer Leverkusen.

Wayne Rooney without doubt had a very career as a player, but that's absolutely been the opposite with his managerial career and I think it's be better for him not to continue with the profession as he's failed in almost all the previous attempts.
Failing is more like a lesson learnt and when you're bouncing back, you're becoming more open and graded in good position of succeeding. Making attempts and failing would discouraged one from taking more steps, instead he settle for lesser results. Wayne Rooney have been pursuing the race to be a competent manager for years since retiring as a player but he's not lucky enough to hold on any solid ground. Wayne Rooney have enjoyed his moment as a player but he can't suit into the race of managerial role because he doesn't have what it takes to become like other competent manager.

I don't know if this is related or not. But what I see from most players who end up being successful coaches are those who weren't forwards to begin with. Most successful coaches come from players who were originally in the back line or midfield. One example of a former defender who succeeded in becoming a coach is Jurgen Klopp and Arteta, who was originally a midfielder. Maybe this is related to the position of the defender who has experience monitoring the movements of the middle and front players from behind, and they also have experience in how to stop the opponent's attacks. Meanwhile, their forward players are more focused on attacks and may not have enough insight into stopping the opponent's attacks. But this is just my opinion based on some trainer data whose background I know. It is possible that many forward players will become great coaches. But so far I know that most former defenders and midfielders have become great coaches. Other examples include Ancelotti and Spalletti.

This shows that the fact that a person is good at something doesn't mean it would be easy for them to teach others. But if we look at the case of Rooney, we'll see that all his colleagues who have tried managerial careers didn't excel at it. From Phil Neville to Ole, Rooney, Carrick, and so on. I think the issue comes from the top, Sir Alex Ferguson. He was a good coach no doubt, but most of his students have not had any decent season where they won a silverware convincingly. They still want to play the traditional pattern of football which was played in the 90s but they forgot that football has evolved passed that. That is a reason Mourinho is struggling today. If you can't press in today's football your team would suffer, especially against teams that can press.
