Ten Hag did made the right decision. No manager should tolerate disrespect. No matter how good a player is, or your status in the club, that player is a tool in the manager's toolkit. We saw how Mourinho handled the Pogba issue and how it ended.  Even if Ten Hag was wrong, Sancho shouldn't have gone public and acted like a brat. That is simply gross indiscipline. Without discipline in a firm, team or organization, there can be no proper communication, cooperation, or coordination.

I think Barcelona should be careful with Joao Felix. Buying him looks dangerous given Barcelona's financial position and his lackluster performance. I also think the same thing because this is just an unclear rumor and I don't think Real Madrid will ever be interested in chasing Osimhen. Even though we often see Osimhen's name linked directly to one of the giant Spanish football teams, in reality Real Madrid still sticks to their previous target, namely Mbappe. On the other hand, Erling Haaland is also linked with Real Madrid so in my opinion only the names of these two players are able to make Real Madrid melt and are ready to do everything they can to make the transfer of one of them successful.

I don't know when that will happen but what is clear is that these two players have managed to capture the hearts of Real Madrid. They're a good and committed team and their players are coordinated. The coach himself is young and knows what he needs and builds his team to deliver rightly. It won't be bad to watch Felix stay to do more at Barcelona. Atletico didn't favor him as much as Barcelona has. He's now out of his shell and has built more confidence in himself as well.

What kills a team is favoritism and it's one factor that should be worked on. In Werner's video interview on the Tottenham YouTube channel, Werner is very optimistic about returning to the Premier League with Spurs, who is said to be a big club. He believes in this team with the greatness that Tottenham has, including the stadium problem.
Werner at RB Leipzig has not played much this season. Only 8 games and two starts.
I doubt Werner can emulate Son's influence at Spurs. Maybe Werner can prove it on loan, as he said in an interview, so that the Tottenham public will fall in love with him.

Overhauling the squad by 80 percent is a very risky step, building a squad with the majority of young players who lack experience, Chelsea will automatically lose control as the season progresses. Another fact is, the players they loaned to other clubs performed better, Lukaku and Ziyech performed impressively at their new clubs. On the other hand, we realize that Chelsea does not have a very busy schedule because they are absent from European competitions this season, their full focus on domestic competitions has failed to be managed optimally.

Pochettino need for an experienced and proven striker cannot be denied, Chelsea front line is very worrying at the moment. The problem of player injuries is still understandable, but fans will not accept it if Pochettino fails to bring Chelsea to a better finish than last season. The January transfer window is the best place to find solutions, there is no instant solution at the moment apart from recruiting new players, but they also have to be selective so that they no longer buy players who seem like failed investments.
