The moment the manager starts getting negative results weeks in and weeks out the club will relieve the manager of it's duties and Eddie Howe is not an exceptional to that. Also, I agree with you that he has not failed at Roma, he won the UEFA European Conference league with Roma and last season he played the final of the UEFA Europa league. Sometimes he is criticized for his defensive tactics but I think he is still one of the best managers in the world. If Real Madrid had not extended Carlo Ancelotti's contract, I would have even considered the possibility of him signing for Real Madrid.

Roma owner did somerhing wrong by kicking out from the club. It's not only the fans but all the football fans in the world were shocked caused by that news. As far as i know that if mourinho did his job pretty well by bring roma from the bottom to the middle of standing.

Chelsea are desperately looking for a striker to help complete the squad but the way and manner they're going about it is not really the best way if you ask me. It seems like the Blues are never serious in any transfer window since they got a new owner, these days they only go for any player they see other clubs are going for especially Arsenal.
Of recent they saw the Gunners going for Ivan Tony and they tried getting the attacker, now is Karim Benzema and the Blues are going for him on loan too, like are they even ready to get an attacker? The team is not doing well and they need a goal scorer.

Wow! I said this few days ago but can't recall the exact thread in which I did. He will make a good team out of this Newcastle United side. One thing he lacked from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and As Roma was enough backing to get the players he wanted. Let's hope he lands a pretty decent job. He remains a top quality coach even if his tactics seems outdated for me.

For As Roma, I would say he wasn't happy leaving and I believe he wasn't supported fully back the management of the club. That wasn't harsh because the general performance of As Roma has dropped and was really going bizzare.

I think he has decided to do the right thing. Maybe it is time for him to take a break. And probably it will be better for him in the long run as well. I think Roma could actually have given a chance to him till the end of the season. But maybe they want better results and they will bring in a new coach. But I have heard that they are not planning to bring in any new coach at this moment because De Rossi is probably going to be the coach for Roma till the end of the season. I don't think that was actually a good decision to make. But it has already been done. I think if he had given more money, he could have brought in better results.

They have also been able to make money through sales of jerseys and other endorsements they must have gotten. They also got resources through the massive publicity they got and the marketing strategies employed.

Secondly, they have also been able to effectively promote their brands and stadiums to the world which is a bold step every club out there will take to attain what they have done especially as it is coming from that part of the world and not at the heart of Europe who are like the stars in the football industry.
