When they went quite on Mbappe deal months ago I knew they had the deal almost done because they don’t do just any kind of deal. The issue is that Laporta's solution did not solve the problem. He was simply delaying the problem and never intend to find the best solution to fix the problem. Barcelona will not always be in a bad situation if it continues to make the same mistakes as before like denying any offer to sell their players at the maximum price. Consider when Barcelona was constantly denying offers to its players and this makes me thing how selfish barcelona is. that's why they deserved to be trapped in the big debt.

I think Liverpool is trying to refresh the squad by getting rid of players who are injury prone like Thiago and Matip. They have done this last summer by letting go five players. Liverpool still have some injury prones in the squad like Alisson, Konate and Diogo Jota. Injuries have become a big factor that hold Liverpool back.

Refreshing a squad is a necessary thing to do top high competitive spirit within the team. Last season, Liverpool made a mistake by keeping many the same old players stay around when they actually needed fresh midfielders. There should be a policy with the fact of having injury prones in the team, they should not sign any player who has a bad injury record.
