I completely agree with your opinion above. There is no assurance that he will play well under a different coach like what happened with some players were failed on their new clubs. Purchasing this player is a gamble and it's kinda stupid if there will still a club that try to sign him. I would rather spend that large lot of money on a proven world-class midfielder who regularly performs well in any season rather than getting FOMOed with invicible result by leverkusen this season.

Good example would be Xavi Hernandez, played under Pep Guardiola for Barcelona. Erik Ten Hag who worked with him during them days at Bayern Munich. Pep Guardiola has dominated football so much because of his style of football and the truth is that the young managers who learnt from him has every tendency of succeeding in football as managers so that's why they're getting job offers from the best teams in the world. Maresca name is no stranger to the Premier League because he previously worked as Pep Guardiola assistant at Manchester City. I was just trying to make that comparison with Bellingham as I can't see how Wirtz would contribute as much as Bellingham while Wirtz is already worth more than Bellingham was back then. It's ok if young players reach high market values, but delivering such a season in a hyper performing Leverkusen team is a different thing than going to Real Madrid and doing the same. For Wirtz and Leverkusen it is great, but sometimes I am shaking my head when I see these prices for players.

No doubt that probably the whole team has gained market value, which is correct. But does anyone remember how Mario Götze went through the roof when he was one of the best players in Dortmund at the age of 19 or so? Afterwards he was a nobody when he went to Bayern Munich. He scored the decisive goal at the World Cup and that was his last highlight of the career. It's a risky game for a very young player to leave a running system.

Yes, many teams are feeling that these coaches will do the same as Arteta of Arsenal since they both have similar training as him. Vincent Kompany played under Pep, whale Enzo Maresca was his assistant at Manchester City before Joining Leicester City.

But Kompany did not work with Guardiola as an assistant coach or any coaching staff position. He was a former player but he is not doing good as a manager therefore Bayern Munich are not thinking correctly before hiring him. He might do well at the club but it would not be because of his coaching abilities but because of the players that Bayern Munich has and the mindset of the players at the club. Bayern Munich is a big club and Kompany should not be having such privilege to manage them when he does not have a good record but Pep guardiola influence would had helped in securing that job. Every club wants Pep Guardiola management abilities and are looking for a coach with his coaching style. Chelsea has appointed a good manager, they should give him freedom to bring out the best from the young squad.

Many top European teams try to imitate Arsenal or Leverkusen's style in choosing coaches, choosing coaches who are not well-known but have the basis of having worked with top European coaches, for example Pep Guardiola.

There is no doubt coming season is going to be challenging for the Bayern Munich and Chelsea with the need to be had patience with their coaches because this is not easy for them to have all things at the top level from the first season they can take time which could be important for the all stakeholders.

Here I also want to tell if they are going to bring Pochettino or Thomas Tuchel, then surely Eric Ten Hag is much better and also deserved this spot after the win of the FA Cup. As mentioned above, both are already sacked due to their poor performance and things are not going favorable to allow them here at this club which is also having problems and looking for the change.
With now mind-set is divided, most chances we will have Eric Ten Hag for another season here at the Manchester United if they have no good option then or if they are looking for these two which are having problems into their last clubs.

I would have really liked Ten Hag if he had coached a mediacor team. Manchester United is a strong team. Also provided large funds to Ten Hag for player purchases. And perhaps full freedom of player purchase given by Manchester United management to Ten Hag.

Ten Hag added Rasmus Hojlund to the squad for 75 million and Antony 96 million. Antony has one goal and one assist in 29 appearances. Hojlund has 10 goals and two assists in 30 games.
