It really seems now that Amorim has started to fix the situation at Manchester United, because at first everything looked terrible. Not only were the results very bad, but several top attacking players also left the team, and it seemed that this definitely would not help the club. The only thing I completely agreed with was that they sold Onana, they should have done that even earlier.
Right now things are also not very good for Manchester United. Several draws in recent matches did not allow them to move into the top four, but they still have a chance, although it will not be easy considering who their opponents are.
Sometimes you need to break everything to start over again, that is what United faced. They are still not doing that good, the comparison is the only reason why people are happy. They did so bad last season that, when you compare it to last season, they are looking good.

But this team won the league title 10+ times with SAF, and now they are happy about not even being in top four, that is not acceptable when you think how big United normally is. So much so that they were the most talked about team even at 15th place, which is why they need to be winning the title one day, I understand not this season, but they have to aim at that eventually. Amorim is doing better than last season, so no reason to fire him, but if they can't keep improving, his job is on the line.

Enough said, Manchester United do not want players with many potentials who want the fans to wait for a while before they can perform,  they want players who can start taking the heat and scoring consistent goals for them. Joshua Zirkzee needs to start doing that to vet the fans backing and managers backing. The squad will start playing well if he does because he is the key to be linked among the players and also to score goals.

It is hard to see a new recruited player performing so good since the first games. Everyone needs a time for adaptation with his colleagues, coaches strategies and the league intensity.
There is Kylian Mbappe as a recent example who wasn't that top in the previous season comparing to now and maybe next year. Liverpool recruitment this summer is not working as expected...
Manchester United will be no different with their players and previous experiences showed they were even worse than the other teams experiences. Thus said, we wish them good luck to return the team to their lost form more than decade ago.

I don't consider Mac Allister just because for me he is not worth 100 millions? Sure, put him on the market and let's see who is going to pay him 100 millions, I'm curious. I never said I don't think he's a great player, he is, but he is not worth that money.
You also mention Wirtz, another player who is clearly not worth what he's been paid for. Just because Liverpool paid 115 millions for him, it doesn't mean he is actually worth that money. And he is clearly showing it because his performances have been terrible. Only an English club would have paid him all that money, and that is exactly what happened.
Last thing you don't keep in consideration: the age. Camavinga is 4 years younger than Mac Allister.
While i actually agree with your assessment that most of the players we see today in three figure transfer fees are actually not worth the fee but you made mention of something like only an English club will pay that for him, can I take you back to who has actually made the transfer window this worst? I think you will see the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona on the top list too, just that the former actually changes policy all of recent and the latter is actually broke now.
Real Madrid never really wasted money: their most expensive player is Bellingham, and considering his age and performances I would say it was money well spent. Then there is Hazard, he unfortunately underperformed a lot but when Real Madrid bought him he was one of the best players in the world. And then there is Bale, which was absolutely incredible. He hated Real Madrid at the end but his first seasons were unbelievable.

Barcelona is a different story because they are super good with academy players but they are bad buying players. Their most expensive players are Dembélé and Coutinho, why? Because they sold Neymar before buying them so all Europe knew they were desperate to replace the Brazilian and at the same time they had a ton of money.

So in a certain way I understand what you're saying but I keep thinking that English clubs keep ruining the market with their made up values. People like Grealish, Rice, Lukaku, Havertz, Antony, and the list goes on.

Last season and the season before that we saw Mac Allister form and with how the market was he was immediately valued at $100m but I was sure Real Madrid are not going to pay that for him but that doesn’t diminishes his capabilities and for me he will ba agree addition to this Real Madrid side even though I admire the same Camavinga in his position.
Two years ago Mac Allister was, of course, two years younger, so he could've actually been a 100 million euros player. Right now, for me, no.

Erik ten Hag left them in a horrible place, Ruben Amorim seemed to have improved that.
Getting such players is rare, especially if they are coming from a different league. Players need more time to get used to the new club and league. The playing style of each league is different. Some are fast while others might be slow. Joshua Zirkzee has good potential, which is why he was signed, but the fans need to be patient. The Dutch professional footballer also has roles to play. He needs to work harder than other players to meet the club's standard. If his performance didn't improve in the near future the club might start contemplating selling or sending him on loan.

Mbappé may have experienced this situation, and he struggled to show his individual quality, which even affected his goalscoring performance last season. But now things are going a little better as Mbappe has shown signs of a big change in the number of goals he has scored.

I think its normally for any players need longer time adapting well with their new club exactly for players moving to the higher or top domestic league come from weakness domestic league. Such as Florian Writz come from Bundesliga as lower level domestic league than Premier League he still need for several weeks later get adapting well with Liverpool. Some time come from the same domestic league still need time for adapting what happening to Alexander Isak still difficult back to the top perform when playing for Liverpool.

Difference culture, atmosphere and actually difference tactical make several new players need time get adapting with their new club, however second half season usually enough time and most of new players will back to the top perform after second half season. Isak have scored goal last match and Florian Writz have contributed assists for Liverpool, just waiting right moment only for them back to their top performance again.

A new update on Vinicius Junior's situation at Real Madrid. It seems like he still has problems that aren't solved there. I assume that is related to a new contract with a big raise in salary...  Tongue

At first we heard that he wants to make money as much as Mbappe. However there isn't actually a big gap between their base salaries now. Mbappe gets 31 million euros a year while it is 25 million for Vinicius Junior.

https://www.capology.com/club/real-madrid/salaries/

It goes up to 71 million for Mbappe on the condition that he gets the bonuses.

It seems Rodrygo's football career in real madrid is already coming to its end. Let's imagine he was always scored double digits when Ancellotti was there, but drastically changed when Xabi has come. 30 matches without goal. That's obvious Xabi is benching him now.
It makes sense to argue the current environment in madrid ain't making him feel happy. So, if he still cares with his career, he has to leave asap no matter whether he will get bigger or less salary from his destination club.

His contract will be ending at 2028, which is still far away. However, it's also a big loss for Madrid to keep him longer as his price will be plumetting so hard. So its win win situation for Madrid to sell him, and he gets minutes in the new club.
Do you guys think it's fair enough for both of parties? Kindly tell your opinion.

Rodrigo is not getting enough time in real madrid anymore that is way is not getting chance to score in the team, and I think he will like to leave the team since is not getting time in the club, xabi Alonso don't really like him and the best thing for him he should go and look for another club that will value him and enjoy playing in the club. Since Xabi Alonso come to real madrid and he play is first 5 matches without putting Rodrigo in the games have always believe that Rodrigo is not in xabi Alonso pattern this season. He as played 30 games without real madrid now and he as not score even one goal in the matches that will tell you that is not in is best form anymore since he don't have time with xabi games. am sure he prefer Ancelotti then xabi Alonso, because Ancelotti have make him a key player in real madrid and he as help the club very well.
True, but Ancelotti's era already gone. Rodrygo must not be overshadowed with how Ancelotti treated him as a special players along with Vini. It's okay, he received pretty good salary there, but it means nothing if he gets no chance as a starter and minutes to play. If he still smart enough as a football player. stop follow his stupidity, then leave to join in a team that gives use to him.

Joshua Zirkzee has tried to stay in the Premier League, but he has had trouble adapting or not fitting into the high level league. So there is nothing wrong with considering playing outside the English league to restore his best performance. Don't get me wrong, a great player who plays for a club with no clear direction will not be able to bring out his best potential.

It goes up to 71 million for Mbappe on the condition that he gets the bonuses.
Personally, Vini has accepted to leave Europe to Suadi because of money. He has seen it that the competition is high for him to win ballon d'or. If this is true, he might regret his actions. Neymar was a great player but injury didn't make him shine for long after he left for SPL. Vini should take his time before making his final decision.

It's normal for every player to need adaptation, but this usually happens when players move to a much bigger team, as Mbappé, Isak, and Wirt experienced at Liverpool.
When looking at examples, there are many players who have not been able to adapt well and their individual abilities have even decreased drastically compared to when they played at their previous club.
Mbappé may have experienced this situation, and he struggled to show his individual quality, which even affected his goalscoring performance last season. But now things are going a little better as Mbappe has shown signs of a big change in the number of goals he has scored.
Initially, Mbappe struggled to adapt to Real Madrid after his arrival from PSG. However, his performance has since improved, and he has now become Real Madrid new goal machine. It's strange that Isak and Wirtz are still having trouble adapting at Liverpool, even though these two players were important parts of their previous clubs and their abilities were also above average.

Situations like this are not uncommon. Hazard also failed to adapt at Real Madrid despite his status as an irreplaceable player at Chelsea. Arne Slot seems to need to give Isak and Wirtz freedom so that they can adapt quickly to the Liverpool squad. Improvements in the performance of these two players are urgently needed, especially now that Liverpool is not in an ideal position in the league table.

I'm not sure about the news, but anything can happen in football. I think it would be foolish for Vinicius Junior to join a Saudi Arabian club because, at his young age, he should still be able to play at the highest level, especially in Europe, to advance his career. Indeed, Vinicius Junior's situation at Real Madrid is currently not good after his dispute with Xabi Alonso, but it's all due to his own ego. Regarding Mbappe's higher salary because he was recruited on a free transfer by Real Madrid, so it's normal, especially with his status as a star player whose reputation is greater than Vinicius Junior's, as Mbappe has already won the World Cup.

You shouldn't be suprised cause not all players adapt to their new environment, everyone can't be like Ronaldo that would excel wherever he goes to some take a long time to understand their environment, the teams tactic and learn to understand their teammates on and off the pitch, just like it happened with Mbappe, so I believe that some of those Liverpool player need time and support to excel.
Anyway the player that's surprising me is Isak, I really don't know what I'll say is delaying  his success at Liverpool cause he's been in England for a while, maybe it could be the tactics since he's not the only player that's affected, cause players like Salah and Cody Gakpo haven't given their best this season. Well once those players blend in and start improving things would get better for the club.

I will say there is a slight changes in Manchester United performance, but not something much, a club like Manchester United are not even suppose to be playing the way they performing right now. Manchester United are struggling in matches, they signed some players, but things are not really working fine for Manchester United. I feel Amorim is beginning to understand things, let’s hope he will be able to bring back Manchester United to there winning days.
Don't expect the impossible, be realistic. Restoring Manchester United to its former glory is clearly not a quick process. It's better to take it step by step, and Amorim must ensure that he is capable.

Do you think restoring Manchester United to its former glory is as easy as turning your hand? This is football, where everything takes time. It could even take a decade to see this club truly return to its golden age.
Even finishing in the top four isn’t a guarantee, so the achievements for the upcoming season remain a big question mark.

Why is Saudi always different when it comes to wages in football? Yea they are rich everybody knows that but there is no free money anywhere. The crude oil they sell is regulated by a body, it's not like they dump oil everyday in the market to be funding this their football Fifa has refused to make them feel important, now it's beginning to look like this people are wasting money, as if Vinicious will come and help them win their club Premier league.

If I'm professional about football career, I will turn away from anything that will bring attention to wages that I earn. News of this such is going to make you look like you are after money when you are meant to be serious with your career and other development that is going to help you win trophies and your personal achievement, like this now he is not getting any attention other money money and money.

Several clubs were interested in Troy Parrott. After a good season with AZ Alkmaar, Parrott is now on Fenerbahçe's radar. Parrott, who made a name for himself with his goals for the Republic of Ireland in the World Cup qualifiers, had attracted the attention of major clubs. Fenerbahçe will make a move for him during the winter transfer window. Tedesco has approved this transfer. Parrott could be just what Fenerbahçe needs, as the club has not been getting the desired output from En Nesyri and Duran in attack.

A young player with great potential if managed well. This season alone, Parrott has scored 7 goals in 9 Eredivisie appearances, a significant improvement over his arrival at AZ Alkmaar last season. It's no wonder he being targeted by foreign clubs, especially Fenerbahçe, who are in need of a new striker. His price tag has tripled from his previous purchase price, I believe Fenerbahçe will need to spend over €20 million to secure him.

If Manchester United manage to finish in the top four this season, I think it would represent rapid progress, because we know that last season they finished in fifteenth place. At a glance, Ruben Amorim seems to have the potential to guide Manchester United back on the right track and turn them into a title-contending team that other Premier League contenders will take seriously. To deliver a Premier League trophy and even rebuild a new era of glory, the former Sporting manager will certainly need more time than everyone expects. Jim Ratcliffe and Ruben Amorim are still relatively new figures at Old Trafford, and if the two of them work together in the long term, maybe it could lead to many trophies.

It really seems now that Amorim has started to fix the situation at Manchester United, because at first everything looked terrible. Not only were the results very bad, but several top attacking players also left the team, and it seemed that this definitely would not help the club.
I will say there is a slight changes in Manchester United performance, but not something much, a club like Manchester United are not even suppose to be playing the way they performing right now. Manchester United are struggling in matches, they signed some players, but things are not really working fine for Manchester United. I don’t really know we’re Manchester United fault is coming from, they sold some of their players which were not performing well in their club, after those players joined another team, their performance changed, and they really performing well at their current club. I don’t know what’s really the cause of Manchester United decline in performance.
At this point Manchester united will have to manage what Amorim is bringing to the table, because they cannot continue to be sacking coaches, whatever Amorim is building will take time to manifest,  just the way the Arsenal management had give room for improvement to Mikel Arteta, and they currently benefiting from that singler act. What Manchester United needs to do at the moment is to build a team and not buying players because most of those players they've bought have proven not to fit in.

I'll be honest: I think it's always sad when a young player leaves Europe to go play in Saudi Arabia because he wants to earn more money but in this case, taking into consideration Vinicius as a person, I won't miss him. He could have been an example for many young players, he could have been a new idol just like Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi and instead his behaviors on the field are just pathetic. I really hope he goes to Saudi Arabia, that is his dimension, a place where he can actually be the league's primadonna.
