I don't know what you meant by saying that Arne Slot made poor signings during the summer transfer window, do you mean Alexander Isak, Hugo Ekitike and Florian Wirtz are poor signings to you? these are players that made headlines during their signings especially the signing of Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak due to the outrageous amount they were signed. The problem is that the current shortage of players is still difficult to overcome so far.

City are another version of Chelsea but slightly lower, you never can tell what they can do fully until they finish it but then Real Madrid has lost two most simplest match this season and it makes you wonder what is now the problem. I don't really find this decision by the hierarchy of real Madrid funny, they should be aware that all managers needs time to implement his playing pattern in the team, and if you look at this real Madrid team, it's just a young team that is still far from their best, so I think that xabi Alonso is not being given enough time to deliver as the manager of the club, because I believe that all managers needs time, besides, real Madrid is not doing too bad as they are making it looks like to warrant a sack, but anyway that's the decision of the club.
