This might just be a rumor, but I don't actually think Barcelona would demand something like that. Barcelona's quality is undeniable, and it's in their best interest for their players to score goals. Besides, I don't believe they're in a position where they can't afford to pay a player's goal bonus. Rumors surface in every team, and this is the case with Barcelona and Lewandowski.

I think he should, but the question remains for how long. For those who watch City a lot, there is this form of consistency that pep always wants from his players, otherwise they will keep warming the bench for as long as they can. Even a player as good as Mahrez, he spent a lot of time on the bench in his last season at the club. A player like Savinho is almost like a one season player because we saw more of him last season than this very season_{(not sure of what's going on though)}.

Im still wondering why they weren't sanctioned after this discovery cause such act could be tagged as match fixing, you could imagine the number of goals Lewandowski would've scored if he didn't follow their instructions, I think Lewandowski really got real love for the club and badge since he discovered that they were broke to pay Bayern Munich if he scored a certain number of goals. I do not think that it makes sense for a team to want a player to not score, because the entire point is to score, that's literally the game, if you score, you win. Don't play him if you do not want him to score and play someone else who can score. If they are in a financial position where scoring a goal is a bad thing? They have bigger problems then they are aware, because you should be happy that you are paying a bonus for someone scoring, it means your team scored and you should be more than willing.

This team has horrible financial situation and at this point I honestly would rather see them be owned by someone who is smarter and managed teams before and reached success, they would be better served with some other management.

Why not though? I get that they said it, but why not? Because they basically "loaned" Nico Paz, sure it wasn't really a loan, they sold him but with a buy back clause that is lucrative enough that he would come back if he played good, they could do something similar with these two and gain some value out of them, because at Real Madrid these two are not gaining any money or value at the moment. I'm sure Pep Guardiola and Man City have already made plans for Semenyo to ensure he doesn't lack playing time if they succeed in signing him, he can also be used as a second striker partnering Haaland or providing assists. You're right, Staying at Real Madrid is a waste of time because Madrid will always look for more experienced and already established players which means their time might never come to play at the club so there is no point staying at the club. They mustn't leave permanently, a loan move would definitely help them grow and become a better player. I feel that dictating Lewandowski not to score is the worst possible way to save money, and I suspect the same applies to loan players. Barcelona is obligated to pay more every time a loan player impresses and scores. If Endrick is loaned out then surely at least Garcia should be retained and not left anywhere as this could be a good option for rotation players or as a replacement when things go wrong.

Anton Semenyo is a very good player, and currently in the Manchester City set up who can possibly bench him, I don’t think there is any player in the Premier League minus Haaland who can be very prolific, well I think he will have to fight for place with Jeremy Doku, but right now we don’t have to be worried about who gets benched in the team now, until it’s signed and sealed, I think if Semenyo moves to Manchester City they will have to sell Oscar Bobb or Savinho because you can’t possibly keep a player that wouldn’t have playing time when it’s a year of World Cup and most of this players will want to get back to their best so they can have a National Team Call Up for the World Cup Finals.
