I think it's definitely going to be a matter of time. City seem to be the favorite to sign him. Liverpool might just have to look elsewhere because they surely need a good replacement for mo before the season ends, and this is the best moment to do that.

Apparently, the transfer of player Joao Cancelo to Inter will go ahead, on a six-month loan. The player is at odds with his current club and wants to return to Europe. If the deal goes through, Inter will have a replacement for Dumfries for the next six months.
The Saudi club will pay half of the player's salary.

Well, I do not understand this. I thought he was performing well for Manchester United. I really don’t know why Manchester United starts selling the players who perform well for them. They did the same thing with Cristiano Ronaldo and they are also doing the same thing now with Bruno Fernandes. And it’s not like he is too old to play for Manchester United. He is only 31 years old. I will say that Manchester United not performing well is not a single player problem, it is actually the problem of the club. They are going through a very rough time which cannot be corrected by changing only a single player or even only the coach.

I'm not a Chelsea fan myself, but firing Maresca early isn't a good decision either, as a new manager won't necessarily make Chelsea much better than they are now. From my relatively average observation, I think Maresca deserves a chance because I see him capable of making changes, even if they're not major ones. The reason for the dismissal is likely due to Chelsea's poor results in the previous few matches, despite Maresca winning the Conference League and Club World Cup.

But am sure if Pep doesn't fancy him and don't have plans for him he won't have approached the management to get him. Besides we don't know if there will be outgoings in Manchester city's squad. Bernardo Silva is out of contract in the summer and it looks like city are not interested in renewing his contract. True all things are settled right now so there is nothing stopping Semenyo from joining Manchester City. No team is fighting them for him and he also wants City so no serious Saga happening I guess maybe they want to wait a little bit before finalizing all things. Whatever the reason they are getting him.

I even heard of a rumor that Manchester City are purposely not pushing to finalize Semenyo's deal so he can be available to play against Arsenal. His presence will be important for Bournemouth, he is a good player that can cause problems for Arsenal and probably influence his team to play better. Chelsea have some monitoring agent's that is monitoring both players and coach to know the ones that are lacking in their position either to sell the players or sack the coach to replace with another coach. About what happened to Chelsea coach, I guess they have be recording some of his mistakes he failed to correct and improve which is among the reason he was sacked without a signal. Those Chelsea agent knew that if they don't take this decision now before they play with Manchester city, it will still be the same thing, because Manchester city has improved to repeat what they have be doing to Chelsea.

The deal is not yet done. The fact that Cancelo is still eager waiting for Barcelona, and he has told Laporta about his availability. He's a walking red flag, and his deal with Inter can fail if Laporta is keen to bringing him back to the Barcelona even as loan only.
Cancelo is obviously toying Inter at this moment.
