I like it.
Flat 2.5% and 2.5 coins for top 1000 addys on top seems fair.

what was the minimun balance that got a payout last time ?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

splitting was the game they originally wanted tho,
would be better to remove the 2.5btc and raise the bonus to 5%  Grin

in the end, the next airdrop will be 2.5% + 2.5btx for top1000 addresses or just 2.5% ? do we split or keep it all in one address ?

I'm wondering that too, I see conflicting information.  Do the Bitcore guys have website or something where they keep decisions like that current?

It really should be somewhere obvious, not mentioned in passing somewhere part way thru a thread.

Something concerns me... the final airdrop will distribute the remaining unclaimed BTX, right? So let's say from that 40k already claimed, more 1Ml get claimed before the drop.. so that is still roughly 15Ml to be distributed and that is a lot.

If that is right, that doesn't mean the value will decrease too? If I missing something please forgive me and clarify that for me.

Yes, this is also a reason of concern to me. Such a massive airdrop to just a few people (whales will certainly split the coin at that point) could just terminate Bitcore by sending the price down to 1 satoshi or less, if only one of those few whales decides to dump.

Just a little example:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/wallet.dws?8972.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/wallet.dws?9083.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/wallet.dws?8968.htm
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/wallet.dws?8760.htm
and these are just some of the ones listed by the Guesstimated Wallets function, which is for sure just a drop in the ocean.

They're sure gaming the system..you can see those particular wallets listed in bulk in the rich list.
http://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/api.dws?q=rich

imagine that, all 80, 66.1, 53.6 or 52.98 etc etc etc...maybe its just a coincidence that someone mined the same exact number of coins for multiple wallets.. fucking greedy morons. And yes, I would have no problems saying that to your greedy basement dwelling faces.

wallets 3662, 8972, 9083 aren't even trying to hide what they are doing by having different wallets daemons running. Anyone with a wallet like the ones I listed showing multiple instances of the same amounts should be excluded from the drop.

There is something wrong with your calculations Smiley
If it would be like that, I would really like it, because it would make splitting less attractive, but you forgot a "5 *" at the start.

"wallet":149} -  154 instances
"wallet":8972} - 70 instances
"wallet":45}   - 10 instances
"wallet":8968} - 40 instances
"wallet":9083} - 46 instances
"wallet":14177}- 10 instances

I did a quick find on the top 1000 to see how many of the same wallets had multiple instances. I didn't go through entire list, this is only 6 wallets which hold 330 spots on the top 1000. Now, there are amounts that are exactly the same but show different wallets. I'm sure when you see 53.6, 25 times its the same person, just shows different wallet. These 6, however make no bones about trying to hide the splits. I think they should be removed from the airdrop for being greedy TOOLS...

and yes, I'm in the top 1000, but only have 1 wallet.

You have 1000 BTX on 5 Address = (1000 * 0,025) + (5*2,5 BTX) = 37,5 BTX  ^^

Make your next airdrop parabolic. It will encourage the whales to consolidate their coins into 1 address. Yes, they will get more coins, but they won't hog up 50+ spots and free up spots for the minnows to get some coins.

Example:

2.5% +((1000-rank)^2)/10000 BTX

As you can see, it would encourage people to combine their addresses, since moving up in the ranks can get you substantially more coins. The formula is only a suggestion. You can flatten out the curve by changing the parameters. for example, change 10000 to 50000 or 100000

"wallet":8972} - 70 instances
"wallet":45}   - 10 instances
"wallet":8968} - 40 instances
"wallet":9083} - 46 instances
"wallet":14177}- 10 instances

I think they should be removed from the airdrop for being greedy TOOLS...

and yes, I'm in the top 1000, but only have 1 wallet.

is anyone going to be addressing these issues? These 6 people, because of their greed, screwed 324 people out of getting the airdrops they deserved to get. I know the number of spots taken by only a few are higher, this is just a snapshot, but that doesn't change the fact that all these hundreds of BTX holders are being alienated for no reason other than a few assholes being greedy. The person with 154 addresses in the top 1000 received 10 BTX for each address last week. That's 1540 BTX you gave him for free. at todays value of $2.58 USD per that's $3,973.20 you just GAVE him. Where is my $3973???

If you are going to give out BTX in airdrops you have to make this completely fair to everyone. There are some good suggestions but the solutions so far do nothing but still give out large amounts of BTX to a few, who in my mind no longer deserve to take part due to their behavior.

I think at this point the airdrops need to be suspended until the issue can be fixed to where its fairer to a larger number of BTX holders.

If suspension of the airdrops is not feasible then I'm with others who think a percentage, like 2.5 or 3 should be given out, but to each wallet, not just top 1000. a percentage would mean even if someone split their wallet into multiple instances, they would still end up with the same amount as if they had it all in one wallet. This way their is no advantage to splitting and everyone could participate and get a little extra for being part of BTX.

how is someone a greedy TOOL asshole because they follow the rules ? if the rules tell you to split as much as possible why the fuck wouldn't you do it ? calling those who bought the coins greedy assholes just coz you're poor is pretty shallow and dumb. don't whine when people follow the rules that were made.

Ladies and gentlemen,

we feel honored, that this medium is used for discussing.

I will tell you all a secret.

Even if someone has bought a big bag because he is smart and invested early, where the coin was cheap (by the way, its still awesome undervalued);
you will have 2 ways:

Way 1: He will be always a topholder, so the coins are away from market. This is the reason, why bitcoin always has high prices Grin, because the biggies wont dump.

Way 2: He will sell big bags. In this case, he is indirectly the new distributor for us. Yes...his sells give us the opportunities to buy cheap again. More walletadresses will be generated. --> More attention in the world ---> the cheapest form of marketing ---> HUGE SUCCESS

So in the end, the discussion, if the airdrop is fair or unfair, the airdrop is cheated or manipulated doesnt care. Remember: we distribute a coin like bitcoin with segwit and all the new highendstuff. So, the potential is ALWAYS unbelievable high. It doesnt care, if someone now has a big bag or is waiting for the dumps. The result is the same.

Keep discussing by follow ethic rules here. actually, I am very flashed for this interests here.
Thank you. You are a big great community. together, we are building a new BONEBREAKER on market.  Grin
