Despite the general down in crypto prices, i think this FUD is the main reason for why the small decrease in price for the last days. This certainly won't affect the mainnet lunch but may give hope to people that still doesn't know how to register their coins to sell them fastly. Frozen token after the mainnet lunch will be reduced from total supply of EOS?

REGARDLESS of whether they patched it the same day or not, the fact that EPIC vulnerabilities like that flew past them in the first place shows a lot about the quality of the developers and the project in general. What if the researchers didn't point this out or what if there are other vulnerabilities that haven't been found yet.

I would dump EOS while you guys can. It is a for-profit project that over-promises but can't deliver.

Your comments is best and true for the verge forums.  Eos is in the league of Eth so fudding as best as you can is understandable behavior. I don't see any price dips and I was hoping their was so I can just scoop more up.

Unfortunately, that's the way it is. EOS is one of the promising projects, but with the problems it has revealed, it is better to invest in another coin, at least until they find all their problems and fix them.

EOS has a bounty of 10k$ for programmers around the world to test and report any problems they might encounter. There was a chinese group that found bugs in the software and EOS patched them really fast.
