so this coin is dead, devs left it?

How often do you want to ask this question? Updates from dev do not come often but they come.

Do you even read devs posts here?

Only 5 post above is from sumoshi.

Is he drunk or something?

Exchange Update

FYI, Livecoin.net has accepted our submission. SUMOKOIN will be listed there within 20 working days if no technical issues arise.

Livecoin is one of a few decent exchanges that can list Cryptonote-based coins and they have quite good volume for XMR. We think it's the best choice for us atm to avoid depending on single exchange.

This is fantastic news.

And I have to add:

We have just created a new mining pool for Sumokoin.
High end server, low fee 0.6, central EU

https://Easyhash.io

It would be great if some of you fellow sumokoin miners would come help us get the hashrate up.

How much is the minimum payout to wallets? 0.5 or higher?

If you weren't so stupid you would know the answer to that question.
Why don't you try reading the posts.

You do know how to read, right?

D is decentralization.
Welcome to http://sumo.ms-pool.net.ua/#

Total Pool Fee: 0.5%
Payments every 5 minutes from 1  SUMO.

Happy mining!

I've been mining this pool for almost 24 hrs.  I've submitted over 66Million hash and well over 60k accepted shares, yet there is no pending balance.
There is definitely something wrong with that.

Hi all

I’m new to mining and have setup a small rig with 2x msi rx570 gaming x 4gb running windows 10 and xmr-stak-amd to mine at pool.sumokoin.com:3333
The problem is that I’m only getting around 575h/s per gpu at the moment when mining calculators have my gpu at 700h/s (bottom of the page)
https://minethecoin.com/coin/sumokoin
Is this normal without doing any of the bios mods and timing tweaks that I’ve seen on other threads for mining monero or is the only way to get up to 700h/s to go down that route?
Any tips would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Subaddresses

Haruto has sent a PR for subaddresses and we need more testing to make sure it works flawlessly.

https://github.com/sumoprojects/sumokoin/pull/28

You can also pull and build from Haruto's repo branch here:

https://github.com/haruto-tanno/sumokoin/tree/subaddress

You may use testnet for coin transfers or use small sum to avoid lost real money if there is any issue.

This is my test screen, the subaddress (that I sent coins to) starts with Sub... instead Sumo...:

Thank you.

First time postin,
So i'm new to Sumokoin, here's the problem. 56 hours ago i was sent a payout from pool.sumokoin.com, and one more since then. still haven't received them in my wallet.  running sumokoind on linux, and the wallet with it. it's fully synced and have done a save/ rescan_bc. Still nothing. Whats the dealio?

EDIT: Also to note, the transaction shows up on Explorer.sumokoin.com, and i can decode the block output using my address and viewkey.

Linux Wallet is Big Problem, in Centos and Ubuntu. Still have problem. Not solved yet. You will get no balance, same like me. I have report it. But no reply yet.

Hey Yoda. I have been using a linux cli wallet on an ubuntu terminal for months and performed lots of transactions with it. Can you please describe in non master Jedi english your exact problem in order to be able to help you? (If I was you I would first have checked if I am root)

Hi
Any news on the new windows wallet

What's wrong with the current windows wallet? Except for that little sync bug which can be easily resolved by force shutting the app in task manager and running it as admin after.  Wink By the way, I'm pretty sure that will be fixed soon as it probably needs to be in line with rebranding but otherwise it's a great little GUI wallet.

I think you are using stock settings. If you want to get 700 h/s, you can use Afterburner or any other gpu overclocker in order to set these:
 - CPU clock -> 1100 MHz
 - Memory clock -> 2000 MHz
 - 0'2 V undervolt
Let me know if these settings work for you Wink

Can you please describe the nature of trouble you're having with it? I've had none except for the one I mentioned above. On the other hand, you know if you're having issues you can still manage your wallet the old fashioned way.  Smiley I've seen older coins having no GUI wallets at all.

It might not feel like running. Do you seriously expect a serious support reply on "i ve download it and it doesnt run"?
Is it installed properly? It doesnt run after it's installed or the installer doesnt start at all? Anyway try to give more info or move to another coin cause this is what you were about to write anyhow

You run the .exe as admin after the wallet is installed that's the way to get through the bug. But you are not even there yet, your actual problem is that the installer is not running. Can you install anything on your pc? You may have corrupt registry or something. What's your Windows version?
