I can't find any problem with DEX as i'm trading there since the beginning, i already transfered my Wagerr there and made some trading there but it would be better if Wagerr be listed on another major exchange like polo or bittrex where the market is very large so as the potential of this coin.

Yes, part of the fees will be burned.  But there will be  2m coins per year minted for those who stake their coins iirc.  So eventually the total supply will hit a balance point and hopefully it should help keep the price a bit more stable later on.
