In the little "Rent Out Tokens" window that opens us for us as we seek to find the best rate, we are presented with the rates we can get for renting out our tokens on the left side of that little viewing window. But next to the column on the left is another column that says "Total kWT" ... What does that mean? And next to this one the column says " Free kWT" and what does that mean? The next one on the very right says: "WTT set to tariff". What does that mean? Can you briefly explain what these column headings are telling the people who want to rent out their tokens to others?
Do not give me the article from Medium as that is the old one and does not apply to the new lay out.
Thank you

Total kWT = total Kilowatt consumption of miners without tokens Free kWT = Kilowatt consumption not covered by tokens WTT set to tariff = amount of WTT tokens thrown at the tariff If WTT set to tariff > total kWT, then free kWT = zero

Pangborn Update 18 May 2018
On Tuesday we got half of the H-Frame up, however there needs to be steel workers on site to cut and weld a few more of the cross members together. The PUD has scheduled maintenance on our line so that we can do the necessary work to bring power to the site between May 25th-30th. We have scheduled the cranes, steel workers and man lifts to do this work for that time. We had Green Leaf excavation in on Wednesday and Thursday digging and completing the trenches and layed the conduit for both the PUD’s Transformers as well as ours. The ground grid got delayed by Nepel electric due to heavy rain, this should be completed next week. Sigmasix was also working with Nepel electric this week testing each pod and the switchgear to determine that everything was in compliance and all connections were correct. Today we met with the PUD’s Sr Field Engineer and L&I to check our last few items off of our list. In this meeting L&I expressed that they needed more time to create the regulations as they have not let a private company ever run and operate a substation over 600 Volts in the state of Washington. The PUD said that they possibly would be willing to operate the substation as long as L&I would approve and sign off on it. We will be meeting with L&I officials next Wednesday at 9:00am to determine this outcome for both the mobile and the permanent substation.

With all the developments, I still cannot believe that all my WTT tokens for rent aren't used.... ? What's happening ? WTT to rent should be in demand no ?!

Giga watt promises that 100% of the wtt tokens will be rented after they finish current facilility at Pangborn, which may take a few more weeks. But who knows, maybe some new obstacles suddenly appear...

Is gigawatt still around?
Nope, only cuteman... Gigawatt's propaganda machine Haha Looks like it too. I sent two email on support. I'm on telegram & getting ignore like they can't read my messages. I mean are we fuck or what? I haven't checked in for a while since I don't think anything is really happening and Giga Watt continues the "it the governments fault" campaign. Every time they say it is just two weeks away. There was a comment from someone who drove by their site and said the pods aren't even half done and no one is even working on it. These guys are a joke.

Pangborn Development Site VIWork continues building out the Giga Watt facilities at Pangborn MAY 23 With the help of Greenleaf we have got all of the trenches dug and Nepel Electric has laid the conduit to both the PUD’s side and our side for the transformers. The ground grid should begin to be laid tomorrow, then resistance will be measured and once that is checked off, the backfilling of special gravel chips will be laid. L&I has rescheduled our meeting for Thursday 5/24 at the Giga Watt facilities and both the PUD and the Port will be in attendances so that all agencies can sign off on final approvals as to who will manage the substation. Our crews that are to complete the H-Frame are scheduled for Friday this week. Power is turned off and they can get in to the site with equipment, lifts, cranes and steel workers. https://medium.com/gigawatt/pangborn-development-site-vi-5ae4ad500cd4

How would you use the above data to figure out which rate to allocate your tokens to? Thanks

Giga-watt scum stole 8 of my 10 mining rigs, 10x S9 not hashing for 6 months... that's quite a lot of BTC missing in my wallet. Still waiting for my rigs to come online. This is also just an update... to keep things in balance

Pangborn June 1st update
Pangborn Development Site VI Work continues building out the Giga Watt facilities at Pangborn JUNE 1
Today we entered the testing phase of our site. SigmaSix was testing all breakers, transformers, and connections from the substation switchgear to each pod. The electricians were also on-site repairing all of the troubled areas that were discovered during testing, and preparing for our L&I inspection that should be happening next week.
PSE will be at Pangborn doing the UL field certification on all of the equipment deployed in the pods starting next week. All equipment including assembly of all the miners, PSU, fans, and control panels will need to be certified. At the request of the PUD we are halting assembly of the substation. This is for the event that when they take control they would like to make any changes for operating and maintaining it.
This does not however halt the progress of the mobile substation. This was approved by the PUD and we are working with Snohomish PUD on their unit that we have been looking to move to Pangborn. The Douglas County PUD has requested that they install low side breakers to the unit. Regarding the operation of the permanent substation the PUD has agreed to supervise a company or operator that is comfortable doing so. We will work with them as well as our engineering company, CTC, to select a suitable candidate for this. The remaining pieces of the H-Frame will be brought in by the PUD next week and installed. These pieces are on the lower side bringing the lines to the metering cabinet.

Are you sure we have bought electric upfront?? I doubt GW has so much money for this purchase. GW has an agreement with local authorities, for sure, but I have not seen they guarantee our price for future...

They still did not build all facilities, so many customers are still waiting for monthes for deployment of their rigs. They promise that 100% of WTT will be used after final building in Pangborn which is currently under way, and which was expected to finish in April, then May, and now June....

TOKENS Each Giga Watt Token (WTT) represents the right to use the Giga Watt processing center's capacity, rent-free for 50 years, to accommodate 1 Watt's worth of mining equipment power consumption. From the OP also the website.
