I didn't use services of this bankrupted mining project but seeing the requirement of KYC on withdrawal remember the few exchanges. They don't ask you anything when you deposit but to withdrawal to need to submit documents. This is also one form of scamming people where KYC is required it should be demanded at time of account opening at first step. A bankrupted platform ask your documents now that is strange for me at least.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

But you're just a newbie Wink
Welcome to hardcore scamming in cowboy cryptoland.
KYC abuse is the ultimate exit scam for scummy fucks like Giga- and MegaBigPowerBullShit + 95% of the ico/ipo that came along last year.

These guys are dangerous, watch out for their names in the future and never trust them with your KFC (!)

and remember the smoke they sold you:
Quote from: Gigawatt
WTT Token, how does it work?

The way the WTT token works is that it provides fifty (50) years of hosting for a cryptocurrency miner,
where each token represents one watt of power that the mining machine consumes.
For example, if I wanted to host an Antminer S9 (the most popular Bitcoin mining machine),
I would need 1,455 WTT tokens because that's how much power the machine uses (plus some extra buffer room for variance).
If I do this, then I only pay $0.03/kWh to host my machine, including power and maintenance, all-in.

I have 0.002 BTC in my account.
How much are the withdraw costs for BTC?
I am not sure if I should go for this KYC thing when I will only get BTC worth of a few bucks and high withdraw cost!
Glad I went out of Giga early this year.

Almost every mining ico has failed, why is this so hard to pull off. I mean really it sounds so straight forward plan.

I am not getting any info on how to get my miners back from Gigawatt. I heard that they are going to try and start mining with unclaimed miners. If anyone has contact info about how to get my units back please post or PM me the info for the bankruptcy.

They went bankrupt buddy.  No staff no offices anymore.  I recently heard that the site is a ghost town and also will be bought out by a big investor. your machines will belong to the new owner.
Google is your friend for info. ;-)

I wonder if in five years anybody will get their money back, evoking Mt Gox, Bitcoinica (of which went defunct prior to Mt Gox and had some remaining funds on ... wait for it ... Mt Gox), Tezos under the watchful eye of Johann Gevers (BCT user account), and my personal favorite, Sonny Vleisides' (of BFL) Laissez Faire City who was the editor of Laissez Faire City Times prior to passing the reins to James Orlin Grabbe of Digital Monetary Trust fame, among other accolades. LFC went into receivership in 2001 under the direction of ... wait for it ... Johann Gevers, of which nary a cent/satoshi has YET been rewarded to a single victim.

are you bulletproof ? (meaning KYC can be dangerous, I choose for personal safety when dealing with potential crooks)
