Nothing can be scammed legally. No finished product = 100% refund.BTC has gained in value along with additional forked coins etc and overpayments for work done must also be refunded. If you invested 1 BTC you must have 1 BTC refunded and not its dollar value. They are probably arrogant enough to refund in BTC and only give you the $ ICO value for it while overlooking the fact they wouldnt be able to refund even the dollar ICO value if BTC crashed to zero. Then they would be very quick to say you will only be getting current BTC value if that was the case.

They also more than likely hold stacks of NVST so can enter the refund pool not to mention the fact they would still walk away with millions even after an ICO price value refund.

A shitcoin dev could have done as much with 5-10 BTC versus what has been acheived so far for investors using hundreds of bitcoins.

A complete farce.

Yeah Lauda, you are a scammer or the worst escrow in the world. People should avoid you not me, even a 5year old kid could have escrowed this better than you. But again, a 5 year old kid wouldn't've accept to escrow a scam ICO.

as an investor for nvo, how should we do in this situation, only two choices, 40% refund and continue,  it seem we can't do anything for it, just wait?

The refund is actually more than 40%

40% refund would be about .0000814 BTC / NVST

We are going to receive about .0000933 BTC / NVST which is close to 46% refund in BTC terms.  in USD terms we are actually making a little and doing better than if we had put all our money into ETH.

I am not trying to sugarcoat this, just trying to point out the positives, and the fact that this wasn't a scam, or at the worst it was a partial scam where you only really lost if you bought at above ICO price.

There are already a lot of DEX, and they have almost no popularity. How is this project better than its competitors?

Enough votes in for Ton to finally concede to the fact most people think he is an incompetent muppet and to see the vast majority DO NOT TRUST him and want a refund. (4 to 1 Ton - I spelt it out because you are shit at math)
Lauda still an arrogant uppity douchebag who struggles with basic accounting and probably wouldn't know the truth if it slapped her upside her smarmy slimy head.
Its also no use asking Ton what he got, if you ask him to add anything more than 2+2 his eyes glaze over and he begins to drool like a slack jawed yokel.
The only thing he has been capable of doing besides blaming anyone but himself is attempt to belittle anyone who doesn't buy his narrative quickly followed by censoring their posts and deleting them.

In closing....."Show us the money" Ton & Lauda you little bitches.
We overwhelmingly want to end our relationship with both of you knuckleheads and move on.

A great marketing strategy and forward thinking would be to try and unify all DEX's together in the fight for privacy and escape of centralization. It's actually the perfect angle to market NVO when you think about it because it is a DEX itself!

NVO isn't a dex, its a buggy wallet and delusional CEO who cant count past 10 unless he takes his shoes off,  its a joke. No one in their right mind would want associated with the NVO brand or Ton for that matter.

just caught up on whats going on , i see the team & escrows want to refund people in BTC but at fiat value $0.05 , ICO price USD. This is totally unacceptable and no 1 shld agree to this. You paid in BTC and shld receive same amount in BTC , trying to give u fiat value is a scam in itself , obviously due to big increase in BTC price!!
