Most likely they are using it. I think, USA exchanges identification rules are introduce by government, to trace the terrorists. bt i dont think it will do, because there are lots of decentralized exchanges around the world

Who told you that they are purchasing weapons from the dark markets? Till now there has been zero evidence for this claim. They have much easier options. They get most of their arms from the weapons dealers in Turkey. And they make the payments either in hard cash (US Dollar, Iraqi Dinar, Turkish Lira, or Syrian Pound), or as barter to crude oil. |

Pretty sure they do! In bitcoin there is anonymity and also they can propagate the propaganda here especially on this forum. To have money to forward their cause and besides im sure transactions here are more anonymous besides making money, they can also have transfers |

There's a possibility that ISIS or other terrorist organizations are using bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best, convenient and easiest way to transfer funds without even getting attention from the government, military, or police. I think most illegal transactions can use bitcoin transaction because it is safer than sending money in bulk or delivering it. |
