Guys sorry for the confusion. I have been on a business trip for a couple of days, and simply need to update the version # in the wallet and recompile. I can assure you the latest version is on the OP from August 6th 2017. Will edit the version # in the wallet and recompile soon.

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

News about coinexchange ?

Ok status on exchange. I was told by coinexchange.io , that they would accept VGS to list us. Now, they want $4000 (1btc) to list us. Nova also wants 1 btc to list us. I dont want to list on Yobit because of constant issues of "wallet maintenance" problems with most of their wallets. Guys I need other suggestions.

I guess the exchanges are no longer considering the fact that they make money from both buyers and sellers on eveery trade to be sufficient profit. Some exchanges charged 1 BTC when BTC was $300 but still want 1 BTC, at the now significantly higher prices. Just crazy.

We should look at exchanges where you can be voted on and, mobilize our followers and others to vote, which could be supplemented with paid votes if needed.

I was considering nova, but they need 250 votes to list us. Do we have that much support? Also Im not sure if Nova charges to get listed on the "coin vote" section.

Cryptopia is better than those Exchanges i believe. Especially for ease of usability and trade volume...

Costs 400,000 DOT....which comes to about 0.7 btc at the moment , if one was to buy it up atm (just checked it now...)

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Paytopia

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=DOT_BTC

...Just thinking...shouldnt we wait a bit until things are a little more developed?

We could collectively start buying up DOT in the mean time ^^ (Some kind of VGS reward could go out to Contributors, by percentage of donation...once 400,000 DOT is accumulated?)

Just a thought ^^

Cryptopia is out, as the admins and I over there had a disagreement unfortunately. All other exchanges are open for us to consider.

You will never get listed on Bittrex if you do not work with Cryptopia, Yobit or Livecoin.

Too bad for Cryptopia, they have a really nice volume.

Go for Yobit firstly it's only 0.1 BTC

Yes Yobit wallets are constantly in maintenance, i know but the price listing is really low compared to other exchange.

Livecoin ask 4 BTC for listing new coin, the vote listing is free, but it will take months.

With your agreement I will make a listing request to Yobit, I will pay the 0.1btc.

Tell me if you are ok.

Or put a few VGS in direct sale to collect the 1BTC asked by Nova, there are some people who looked interested I think.

Ok that is an option. I can sell funds from the "cashiers cage" and use these funds to list us on Nova. Another option is "paid votes". If people provide proof they did a paid vote, I can send them this money in VGS. But before that we MUST set a price for VGS coin.  Please keep in mind there are only about 225,000 VGS coins.  I have made a poll on what the price should be. I will create a btc addy that will be used to sell from the cashiers cage, and the btc will be sent to this btc addy, and this addy will NEVER change, so everyone can see it at all times. We need to act fast as 1 btc NOW, wont be the same 1 btc next week (probably over $5000). Who is in?

I HAVE CREATED A POLL AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE, PLEASE VOTE, AND BE HONEST ON WHAT YOU WOULD REALLY PAY FOR VGS, DONT JUST LOW BALL IT TO GET A CHEAP ICO!!

I totally agree - using a VGS ICO from existing coins
to pay for an exchange listing(s) would be a worthwhile
use of the funds.

                Pay Nova Exchange listing with
      1200 NPOINT
   OR   0.2 BTC

BTC would be quicker, as would have to buy NPOINTs. Also would more or less cost the same.
This is the add coin price with voting. Can vote as often as you want. Each vote costs 10 NPOINTs
So, apparently voting actually cost more than outright listing purchase price. A month ago would have
cost $2500, versus $4500 now. Also need to have some volume, or can be delisted.
All of the coins listed below, paid to be listed. Though probably paid alot less than current asking price.

A bigger delisting of coins that not have active blockchains / not working well / have no connections to wallet / have 0 trading volumes, is planned to be done 2017-09-30.
For coins without connections, please send us a support ticket if you have working nodes to that currencies. If the wallet will be connected and the blockchain is working well and there is still interest for trading the coin, we will reconsider the delisting decision.

The coins that will be delisted at 2017-09-30 is this coins:

CoinGather.com

Total cost to be listed here is .2 BTC

We are always looking to add new coins to our exchange. We have implemented a new voting process to help us determine which coins to add.

Adding new coins requires development and administration time, your paid votes will help offset these costs.

To vote, simply send BTC to the deposit address listed next to the coin(s) you wish to support. Every 0.0002 BTC sent to the respective BTC address received will count for 1 vote.

Coins are typically added when they receive 1,000 votes (.20 BTC).

Though does not have as much volume as Nova Exchange.

Peace, Dennis
