Vegas , we should try get listed on cryptopia exchange ,what is your opinion on extra exchanges?

I would guess there may be a problem here.   Cheesy

I don't understand? what would be the problem with trying to get VGS listed on Cryptopia? I believe the dev does have the funds for exchange listings if he wants to list on more exchanges. I believe the dev even said that VGS needs more exchanges so hopefully that isn't too far away. First we need a new website.

it has nothing to do with that, dev & cryptopia have past history and it s not so friendly

Oh okay, I didn't know anything about that. So we might never see VGS listed on Cryptopia then? Unless maybe they make up from what happened in the past. VGS really does need another exchange at least to help increase the volume to then hopefully get listed on CMC. CryptoHub is a small exchange that CMC has listed so maybe we could get VGS listed on there for now. I believe the fee for listing is a lot cheaper then most other exchanges.

Ok, guys.  I have a problem.  I've tried everything I know to diagnose and correct the problem, with no success.

Every time I reboot my desktop, it comes back on with an incorrect time displayed.  This is the heart of the problem.  I don't know why this is happening.  I've tried enabling and disabling the automatic time update, and neither fixes my problem.

Whenever I open my VGS wallet, it pops up a message saying that the wallet won't function properly if the time and date on my PC isn't correct.

The problem comes in as my wallet tries to synchronize.  It never gets to 100%.  I am currently stuck at 50%.  I have corrected the time on my PC, and rebooted my wallet.  It still fails to synchronize.

There has to be some type of underlying issue that I am overlooking which is causing the time to get messed up in the first place.  I just don't know what it could be...

Does anyone have any ideas?

When you say automatic time update, are you synchronizing with internet time?

I had the same problem (not just one wallet) after a system crash.
That would be number 1 on the list. If you have done that. here are some suggestion
in the order I would try them.

but if it stuck sync  i don't think it s a time probleme, you probably on fork

and for the time? is it wrong like a couple of hours (different time zone) ?  or  is it behind for couple of year?   if it s the last then the bios lost the time because of the dead motherboard battery

Any updates on VGS? Still the wallet on Coinexchange is in maintenance, has anyone been in contact with them to see how much longer it will take for them to update their wallet? Its been like 3 weeks now so they should have it updated soon, I know a few people want to buy some more VGS and even a couple of new people coming in so I hope it is updated soon. This is also another reason why we need another exchange for VGS. I also tweeted to CoinCodex to list VGS which is similar to CMC so hopefully they do.

Agreed - It cheapens the project in my opinion.

Yup, I will change it up.

NOTE: I have sent 2 requests for coinexchange to update to the new wallet. The last one was yesterday, and they replied:

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

Ok guys.. lets discuss an exchange. We will end up on Bittrex. However, typically Bittrex will want to see consistent high volume on a different exchange before they would list. I have already spoken to coin exchange.io and they have agreed to list us. So we can be listed there, and then when we get some nice volume, then, I will ask  richie@bittrex if he will list us. I welcome any other ideas and feedback.

i  would download the latest wallet from the OP, and delete everything from roaming (except wallet.dat), and resync and see what happens. You should have staked. Its been too many days.

MOST IMPORTANT, IS AFTER YOU HAVE RESYNCED, GO INTO TOOLS -->> WALLET REPAIR  ---> RECOVER TRANSACTIONS 1.

YOU COULD JUST TRY THIS WITHOUT SYNCING. BUT THIS WILL FIX THE PROBLEM.

VGS is already listed on Coin exchange.io, I think CryptoBridge would be a good exchange to try and get VGS listed on which I have mentioned here a few times in the past. And at those times the listing fee was much cheaper then it is now however CryptoBridge is gaining a lot of attention when it comes to DEX exchanges so I think it would be a great attention to try and get VGS listed on there. There are a few other smaller exchanges as well such as Nova exchange, TradeSatoshi and CryptoHub exchange.

UPdate on coinexchange.io.

I have always had better luck talking to them on their slack channel. So I just finished talking with one of the admins, and it looks like we should be good in a few hours.
