How about 0.4 - 0.5 BTC per ETH? As Ethereum is growing so repidly, that price is not so hard to reach, it's not saying about the dumping of Bitcoin price so that Ethereum Price should be 1000 - 1500$/ ETH in the future.

Ain't that a big number that might make a lot of issue in the economy of the crypto world?
Seems like having something that is near bitcoin could also affect a lot with the bitcoin value.
The trust rating will be halved and actually I think both coin will be having issues with it.
Not all investors have a huge amount of money to invest in both coin.

That price would suck my money only for fees, as you can see that the current fee is about 0.001 ETH and if the price of each ETH is that high, we'll be doomed. Guess what, no more cheap token movement, each transaction you'll need to decide wisely.
And one more, if the scalability become more worse, wonder how much money we'll spend for just sending a damn ETHs

In 2022 the world will look completely different and  "capitalism realism", in a Mark Fischer way, will have eaten ETH and all other cryptocrap in its entirety. ETH is like the first mobile phone. In 5 years we look back to it and think of it as a heavy non functional phone with a decent battery for that time. At least we had some fun projecting all kind of (eventually unrealised) dreams on an immature technology with its overhyped coin artefacts.  We "tha people", will leave the party crying and desillusioned looking for another illusion to drag us forward in the direction of our grave.

Well ethereum in 5 years in my personal opinion will have same price with bitcoin now , like 2700 usd even 3000 usd
In my opinion bitcoin is the first , ethereum second and zcash third . All this coins can be mined and also after 5 years bitcoin will reach more than 10.000 usd and will be searched by lot of people
But these are speculations . But dont forget 7 years ago on forums , the people were disussing that bitcoin could reach more than 2000 usd , and the true is live

Either there will be no Ethereum or big volume Ethereum in 5 years. We could see 0$ or 15000$, everything is possible.
If Russia put in work and make it one of their national currency reserve we could see much more than this. Vitalik is the key factor, his meet-up with Putin last month was very important for Etheruem's future. We'll see what happens next.

If it solves its current scaling problem and if the blockchain is not forked by the foundation to fix "badly" programmed contracts, than in 5 years , the coin will still exist.

They said that they solved this problem last week with a proper update but I don't think so. Ethereum has many rooms to grow, yet the development also is a must for it. Still can't handle all the transactions.

Some of the bitcoin member in this forum, saying that ETHEREUM are able to surpass the value of bitcoin
in the near future. And other's says that by next year 2018 ETH value will become more than bitcoin price. But for me I don't think so.

I think Ethereums price on 2022 would be x5 by then or better yet x10 of its current price right now. Ethereum has a good design and well managed and I believe it'll be next to bitcoin but I'm doubting it will surpass bitcoin still. But if you are holding on to some Ethereum, just hold them and be patient.

$1500 and above is very possible, 5 years from now. Mass adoption is on the increase, and lots of folks are now aware of Ethereum as the number 2 crypto by market cap. Lots of good stuff lying ahead.
