Maybe it will reach 2000-3000$/ETH
but this will only happen if most of the tokens created on ETH will actually do something besides raising money from people.
I agree! Real projects will raise the rate, 30% of really working solutions are enough for stable growth. It's like gasoline, it's in price while there are cars, and despite the fact that it is done very much, the price grows constantly ... Or is it only unas in Russia)))) ... That high prices for ethereum is not possible to me. Ethereum faces too many problems and hack attemps nowadays and these making ethereum problematic in the eyes of community. Don't get it wrong please! The fault is on Parity side, not ETH side! But regardless of who's fault is ETH will still fork! It was DAO's fault when they first forked and they did it! |

In my opinion it will still be below 1000 USD, there will be new coins made even more advanced that ETH. Also ETH is a coorporate coin, which stands again the fundamental reason why we got into cryptos not to be controlled by banks or companies.

Well, as of today there are a lot of important investors talking about BTC reaching USD 500'000 in three years, so I think we could expect ETH to be around USD 200,000 or USD 250,000 by then. I think is possible because I expect a sequence of major events happening in the coming years regarding crypto currencies.
Fool, you have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly neither do those investors. Do you realise what you're saying, what they're saying? 99,999% sure those guys have a tonne of money stashed in BTC and ETH. They want people to believe it's possible, so they say stuff like that. If BTC is worth 500K and ETH 250K, we're talking about a total global marketcap of cryptos of about 20 trillion. That's about 1/4th of all the money in the world, and that's not counting other massive coins like XRP or LTC. Also, if someone buys BTC at 500K, they believe it will go even higher. Making claims like this shows how little you know of our economy, and how blatantly those so called 'experts' are willing to lie for their own gains. From what I believe from my own extensive research and 4 year experience as a financial expert and consultant is that BTC could reach 30K within 10 years IF global adoption happens according to plan, with ETH reaching about 4K, as that it's backed by companies the consumer trusts (microsoft, jp morgan, ...). I also believe it won't go much above that. Everything has it's limit. Last, if you want to become rich, like we all do, don't just buy, hold and hope for the price to go x100; buy, hold and accumulate. Investing 300$ a month, 200 in BTC, 50 in ETH and 50 in a different alt (may I recommend START, ANS or MNE), will grow your assets in a slow but steady way. In 10 years, you'll have about 15btc (if you managed to sell at highs to invest back in dips) which will be worth 450K. You'll also have around 15ETH, which will be worth around 50K as well. Last, your alts, lets say you've accumulated ANS. I believe it could easily be worth 200$ within 10 years (basically its Chinas ETH), so if you buy for 60$ every month, again following the btc strategy of selling high and buying back low, you should have a bag of about 150 ANS, adding another 30K to your worth. Don't forget that you bought your entire holdings with a total of 36K, and you ended up with a total capital of about 530K, by investing a mere 300$ a month. With 530K, you can buy 4 decent appartments where I live (Belgium), which will give you a rental income of about 3K a month, which where I live means you don't have to work anymore. Today alone btc climbed 1000$ |

ETH could go up to $1,000+ easily. Perhaps closer to $5,000 depending on mainstream adoption. Of course this is all speculation.

All inventions, faced with huge problems, how many aircraft crashed during testing, but this does not mean that people refused to aviation! I do not understand why the price of ethereum is very high. As I can see, there are not many platform support ethereum right now while there are thousand places accepting bitcoin including Steam and Valve cooperation.

If everything keeps going like this, soon, bitcoin will be replaced by ethereum but I do believe that there will be a small dumped after that

Many big companies are already using the ETH chain. The etherium technology and the etherium coin are related, but not directly, and the price does not depend much on the application of technology, the price depends on many other factors. By 2022, I see a Bitcoin price of 50 000$, and an Ethereum price of 0,3BTC/ETH, so it gives a 15 000$ price per ether. Pretty good for anyone investing using fiat money, because one could profit from both the rise in value in term of bitcoins of one ether as well as the rise in term of dollar of one bitcoin, making it a double profit.

Well, crypto currencies value is unpredictable but I think Eth shows a lot of potential. So, maybe by year 2022 it's value will increase a lot. And I would like to see that.  Why did it go down to 200 then from peak at 540? |

I think Ethereum would be the most influential altcoin in cryptocurrency because Ethereum in the next 5 years would probably pass Bitcoin and become the top altcoin |
