Go to Start. Type and search for %appdata%. It will open a Roaming folder. Look for TOA folder then let me know if you have a toa.conf inside.
On Toa folder, I have: database and txleveldb (folders), & .lock, blk0001.dat, bd, debug, peers.dat, toa-qt and wallets.dat. I don´t have any toa.conf (nor inside de 2 folders). Sent you PM for the instructions to create toa.conf. Speaking of bootstraps, TOA's official bootstrap is old; can we update it please? an interested person will not be able to sell a coin at a low price. But you force it, because the price will soon fall to zero. You can make sure that people just throw a coin and buy a little for resale. Why did you break the whole market? I tried to raise the price when you broke everything. Many of Russia will sell your coin because it is already in the past.
P.S By the way, the more expensive a coin, the more people are participating in its development

TOA is still doing great in CCex. Yup, hopefully it continues to be one of the top on that exchange. It gives additional visibility to TOA despite them being headache to some users. |

Yup noticed this one too. They both ended up in the blockchain though as their TXID is clickable and goes to the block explorer. |

Price of TOA in CCex is very high, but I don't think such will last because this could be the result of CCex being an ass of an exchange and deposits are not working so no one can deposit their TOA and sell there. I'd love to sell there at such price, or maybe do an arbitrage between Cryptopia and Ccex. Can't wait for Ccex to get their feet together and reopen deposits and of course withdrawal too.

If you transferred from and to your toacoin.net (web or mobile), what it does is it credits/debits both the receiver/sender right away (if their balance permits of course) then the blockchain transfer follows next to allow payment made via TOA using the mobile app instant. |

Makes sense. Why didn't you just create a faster blockchain so you don't have to do this while it will also affect all the users regardless of what platform they use? |
