%appdata% has nothing to do with the staking rewards. Better check if it's synced, try getinfo then check your number of blocks.

its "%appdata%" command (not "% appdata% TOA"), and when in that folder you will see the TOA folder.

In order to get a stake everyday, you need enough TOA; right now its around 150 000 - 300 000 TOA to get a stake everyday...
