Hi, reply from technical team: That is normal for desktop wallets. It has been happening to most coins as well with their own blockchain. Because antivirus companies treat mining and staking a virus-like activity. Moreover, Toa e-wallets has been in the market for more than a year, and it has no issues were shown. if you could read names in the AV, its says "ML, artemis (Heuristic), PUA and Generic", in most AV companies its comes with 2 engines (or more), it detect by (1) signature and (2) behavior.. machine learning, generic, artemis or potential unwanted program are under behavior engine because it doesn't have an exact match to become signature detection and having an IRC protocol for most crypto wallets confuses the behavior engine even the file is clean because of its activity (a chat protocol for wallet?? its very confusing for AV and IPS). if in doubt you may also run basic sandbox |

Hi everyone, first of all let us apologies for the late reply on this issue, we are here to clarify regarding the office does not exist issue.
We just move to new office which actually it’s same building but located at different block and unit, a lot of people confused our old address with new address, and didn’t realise on the unit no. They went to the old office instead of the new one. You may check from our social media platform that we did posted about our KL new office photo.
Besides that, we have a different office culture compare to the traditional, we are more to flexible, efficient and agile method. Sometimes people who came to visit us without making an appointment therefore it might be nobody in the office. As Toa not only 1 office in Malaysia, we have office in different countries. Let’s say if you visit Manila office in Philippines, you’ll definitely attend by our staff from the office as there are Toa technical team based over there. While Malaysia is marketing office, we do not frequently staying in the office, we have to go out for appointment. Moreover, in Malaysia we are not only running our marketing program in KL, we do have staff based on the other state, sometimes KL marketing team need to visit other state to attend meeting with marketing staffs or investors. Or even our GM and CEO have to travel Manila office or Korea office for meeting. If Malaysia has official event or meeting then it will be conducted in KL main office.

The location of RJ Plastic Surgery Clinic is located at the same street with Novotel Hotel in Gangnam, Korea. The reason that we provide Toa staff contact instead of plastic surgery clinic contact is due to Korea have communication barrier, some of their staff or doctor could not speak very well English and it’s may cause misunderstanding. Therefore, we hope to help everyone on the communication as we do have this knowledge. We also prefer you to write in an email or through Facebook message, as it will be much better to avoid language barrier through verbal communication. Currently, we are still filtering other plastic surgery as well to be our merchants, so Toa user get to have more preferences to choose.
Regarding Japan office does not exist. Our management from time to time will observe all of our marketing team performance, once management find out there is misuse of Toa name, misleading on toa investors or can’t fulfil management expectations, our management will immediately terminate the collaboration with them and will remove them from our list. Currently, we are still looking for trustable and reliable marketing team in Japan, we will make an announcement on all of our social media platform once we get one that able to provide reliable service to Toa investors. Have it reanalyzed by Microsoft if you are using defender, or you may want to use an advance version like defender advanced as it comes with sandbox to get more accurate results. I have it reanalyzed by Symantec and soon by other vendors to help the TOA community as changing the wallet protocol is not a minor update its a complete overhaul and it will take time and I want them to focus on the flight booking instead. And theres no guarantee that changing the protocol will solve the problem because AV and IPS are becoming integrated to each other even you turnoff the AV to some vendor the IPS still works. I've run in sandbox and file reputation and its clean. Today Symantec have analyzed it as well.
