Man, the Cryptopia market freeze couldn't have come at a worse time for us. I wonder if they would be willing to give us a BTC trading pair. It really sucks for me because I don't trust/trade on Yobit.

I just traded on Yobit, it worked quite smooth even if their site is damn slow. But yes, Cryptopia freeze is not good for the coin. Pandacoin makes a nice pair with Doge, both have a high supply and thus are easy to get, nice for beginners to learn trading with if it gained some volume.

But PND being only on two small marketplaces is not so good, if Yobit gets issues too, we are left with no markets (not counting Thailand BX market). PND needs to get to Bittrex and Polo, but they will want to see some volume.

Also, I say it again: ATOMIC SWAPS. PND needs that for decentralized markets. And because the heritage of PND is BTC->LTC->Doge->PND, it should already have everything build in to activate Atomic Swaps, no extra coding needed.

My thought would be to ask Cryptopia to offer PND\BTC trading like they've done for PacCoin. Surely that would be quicker than going through another Exchange listing at this stage. Also of course pursue other Exchanges but this needs remedying sooner rather than later.

Warning to anyone that wants to buy pandacoin to avoid the official panda website......10k PND for 65dollars on website ....worth less than 10dollars on the exchange markets .....you get screwed for over 55dollars if you buy from official website..... i taught it was a mistake but they confirm by email that yes we screw you....and yes 10k pnd for 65bucks is correct amount.

Ugh there s no official site for buying pnd, buypnd is privately run, and the owner can charge whatever price they want. No one is forcing you to buy there

Cryptopia has other issues ATM, they can't even get their LTC and Doge markets running, working on it for three days now.

On my computer the wallet seemed not responding. I tried a few times then I started again. Deleted the whole pandacoin directory except wallet.dat, downloaded newest software plus the tar.gz. Used 7zip to extract gz and then the .tar in it and loaded everything of that archive (not the .tar file but that what was in it) into the directory where I had my wallet.dat and let wallet run. It took a few hours to sync the remaining blocks, occasionally appearing non responding, but eventually all my coins from 2014 appeared and it started staking instantly (guess 2014 coins are mature enough eh?).

Btw friend of mine used the 2GB exe from the official site, that also contains a snapshot of the blockchain. He also saw the software appearing frozen but eventually it went through.
