theoratically cryptocurrencies can make real world money disappear but it would take insanely long time several decades maybe.
Logically speaking, it requires a lot of time to terminate the use of fiat from this world and if we come to analyze the present number of BItcoins user, it is not a very big percent when consider the world population and fiat has a large percent of users. Also, we Bitcoin holders still use fiat in our purchases (or you can say we are forced to).

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
I don't think that real money will disappear because of crypto-currencies, I guess cryto-currencies will remain as cryto-currencies and fiat will stay as fiat, a lot of company will be affected if fiat will disappear.

It will not happen at least in our lifespan. It would take many things to make this happen.

Very likely, cryptocurrency is the financial future of the world so that someday there will be a country that uses cryptocurrency to replace real money.

For now, I will say no  Smiley because its still unstable and not yet famous but who knows, maybe it will replace our conventional money in the near future since we're living in Information Age and I believe that it has a great potential to become our main currency Smiley

It depends on what you call 'real money'. Since the time the firts payment system appeared and banks started issuing plstic cards in order to replace the cash and make the payment easier, I believe most of us have stopped using 'real money'. We pay with our CCs everywhere. So, in some way we're using 'imaginary money' for some time already.
And the cryptocurrency is the money evolution. It's like computer is an evolution of a typewriter, cryptocurrency is the evolution of cash money. Since, most currencies are not supported by gold since 1934, there is no logic in keeping cash money alive. Producing and supporting them also takes money from the gov budget, so it would be clever to move on and replace them with a more clever system.
On the other hand, there are banks which in this case stay out of the question, right. But as we know, bank owners are not the last people in any country. So, they're obviosly trying to fight that innovation afraid to loose everything.

I thought it would not be possible. although the end of this bitcoin is very popular as a tool of global transactions, with all the ease. paper money will never lose because they have more trust as a means of transactions from various people in this world.

Cryptocurrencies are making the money to circulate more and always, several people took their savings and had invested those over crypto, i dont see cryptocurrencie being able to replace real money at this stage since the money at crypto belong is the real money. Crypto had pushed the future to the short period, where digital transactions should became real and no more printed money.

Crypto is different than fiat currency but crypto has potential to change the world as we seen some of sites accept bitcoins as payment.
and only few of countries support bitcoins right now but revolution is on the way.

This question is similar to: Does btc have a cash alternative? I think a world without actual money probably will not happen, even though crypto has become the most popular payment method in the world. I think so.

No sir, it can't make real money disappear because real money can use into our country which is supporting us to buy things, foods, and etc. but cryptocurrency can be only use in trading, investing or for business only because its design for that. Crypto can also improve our economy because of importing money.
Agreed with you. Bitcoin is the source to earn money and how can it disappear the real money? We use bitcoin to use it online but there are many things that we cannot get online and those we have to buy in real life. And in real life there is no bitcoin. What we have is real money to use them for our daily life purposes. And let suppose that real money gets disappear then bitcoin cannot survive because bitcoin is not in that much number to be used all population in the world.
Yes, bitcoin helps use to earn real money in the world and most of the people convert bitcoin to real money to enhance the way of living buy this real money. Bitcoin or any other digital money is just a way or a currency to earn money or invest in it. It cannot change the way of peoples living and using money or cannot replace the real world money any way. The real worlds money flow have a control over it but the flow of digital money is never controled buy anyone .

Cryptocurrencies are designed really to replace our current form of moneytary, certainly there's so many steps to go before that is accomplished. First bitcoin or any other cryto currencies should prove that this form of money is stable. Secondly, there is this issue of security, everything in the internet can be hacked. Third, will the government cooperate and promote bitcoin as a form of currency?

- I agree with your opinion, paper money is still more trusted because the convenience and usability everywhere, it was a tool used in the transactions are very familiar with the people, they can not abandon it and replace it with something else
- Bitcoin can be popular, can be very powerful and potential but eventually it is just a virtual currency, its creator also disappears without any reason, many people still can not believe in bitcoin and the time the transaction is confirmed too long, this is the weak point of Bitcoin

Bitcoin will not be able to destroy real money, because there must always be an alternative in the event of a global catastrophe. In addition, there are still very few places where you can pay with the help of crypto currency.

I think that this idea you ask about have all chances to be killed by cryptocurrency because fiat have a lot of weakness and limitations like — inflation and etc. If somebody invest in cryptocurrency it not based on economic or political situation in country e.t.c. Cryptocurrency have huge potential kill fiat money. warn!!! I am sure that new era of cryptoccurency will be nice time with great developments and riscks and this will  shake all world no matter fiat world or  criptocurrency world but in 95% cases cryptocurrency not will be stable never Smiley

Well i doubt they can, what we have at crypto is the fiat money into circulation, each one of us wanna to exchange at some point the bitcoins and altcoins for fiat and have a better life with those. If you aks me if i believe countries will make their own crypto that should replace the current fiat im pretty sure its possible to happen, and maybe Japan already considering it since they had legalized bitcoin.

no way, How can it be disappear? its imposible cryptocurrency make real money disappear. we're all know, real money or Fiat currencies are legal tender, that is to say currencies established as money by government regulation or law. but cryptocurrency !! There are just too many issues with it. So there is no legal obligation as such however to accept the results of a cryptocurrency operations. To change this situation requires massive legal changes.
