Maybe in the future, now people more likely using card then bring much money to the store. Its more efficient and if someone steal it. U can freeze the account, so u just lose your card, not the money inside.

The importance of bitcoin can’t be ignored because its market value is more than other currencies its exchange rate is high than other. These all are the positive points but if we say that it will disappear the real money it will be a false idea because the real money is working from the last decades after barter system when goods were changed for goods.

The real money will disappear but not because of cryptocurrency because of electronic payments .Now a days most of the peoples and shops are accepting electronic payments.i hope within one or two years electronic payments will spread all over the areas including the deep villages also.It does not mean that real currency will disappear it will live in the electronic currency.

This is been discussed alot of times,no not possible at all, bitcoins are just based on the real money before it bloom up and make big news around the cryptoworld.Technology and modernization will makerealmoney disappear and make it digital but i think thats not bitcoins correct because all currencies per country is regulated by the world bank and cannot be reproduced easily. There are many factors to consider before bitcoin actually ( if possible ) replaces all money in the world and its been part of society since ancient times. Aside from that we all know that bitcoin is capped and I think it will not be able to support all countries in the world unless they increase its limit but if its supply increases then its value will surely decrease.

Cryptocurrency IS real money, that's a first important thing that we should state and agree upon. I understand the question is about fiat. So, can it make fiat disappear?
I agree with above. Crypto-currency is money. Maybe not all coins are well accepted like Bitcoin, but are exchangeable via exchanges for other money/crypto. ... and, you can send them to other people via wallets. Fiat would not disappear, any time soon. Even countries with paper money think about issuing digital money, based on blockchain. Bank of England is testing crypto Pound Sterling, for example. This way or another, more currencies (fiat or crypto) is always better. Competition is good for free market. Amen.

it depends upon govts efforts. If govts agreed to work with digital currency then it may happen but in other case, it is difficult as govts will restrict their citizens to avoid such things else face charges

No , I don't think if cryptocurrency will make fiat currency disappeared, not all the countries accept cryptocurrency therefore it's still illegal for the eye's of the government. So how the government will agreed with that if cryptocurrency was still not legalized to some different countries.

I dont think so. Fiat currency are regulated and backed up by financial institutions. It is accepted and used by majority of us. Cryptocurrency is fairly new concept to many and maybe it is hard for them to replace and use fiat compare to cryptos. Fiat dominates the market and has established foundation that has tested through several market crash.

I do not think that cryptocurrency make real money disappear. Government will not allow that a currency that is created by an anon dev will make their currency disappear. Aside from that government have all the authority to make sure that their currency won't come to extinction. It will probably adopt the blockchain system and make it real money.

Cryptocurrency not make fiat disappear. Because government has laws governing matters relating to means of payment. And bitcoin, not made with the approval of an international bank or atleast a country.

I wouldn't see that as real money disappearing, it's just like the age long transformation money have been undergoing. Dollar from your card is still dollar and they won't make much sense if there are no more physical dollar. Likewise, cryptocurrencies are useless without real money, so they more or less compliment each other.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ? I think no. Real currency is still more important and theres no way that cryptocurrency can replace it. We all know that without the real currency bitcoin or the other crypto are useless. The purpose of cryptocurrency is to exchange it into real money thats why we’re earning it.

Of course, real money is out of date, and the crypto currency has such advantages as blockchain and anonymity + their liquidity is growing every day
