I don't think so. Cryptocurrencies can't work without electricity and internet. This is not available everywhere.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

No, it is not quite possible because we still need Faint money more than any Bitcoin or even credit cards. the only problem with bitcoin is the transactions fees and a bit of confirmation time. But I guess we can solve the confirmation time problem only thing we need is the lesser block size which can result in lower transaction fees.
I may agree on it we dont need to change all people want is the way on how transaction are being processed for the process of this currency is good and fir me the way or the old way of on how we pay like in our old money is not quite hard to have it is hard to change the way we have experience maybe on the upcoming generation but it is hard to change and I don't think that this currency are making the possibility to make disappear the real money.

Just imagine in the future when Bitcoin is the worldwide money and cash disappear forever but one day when internet turned off forever what will happen? People will stop trading, buying,....because there are no cash, no Bitcoin anymore Smiley) that why I think cash will never disappear just because of cryptocurrency. But in the future I think cash still available but people will prefer using cryptocurrency to trade or purchase to cash.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked

That is very impossible to happen. Cryptocurrency and the real money are very much important to all of us. Money are needed everywhere while crypto can be used but in a limited areas only. We cannot use our BTC without internet.
That is right, in the countryside, you will not have chance to use Bitcoin because this place never has internet network for you. Therefore, the importance of FIAT still more than Bitcoin. Bitcoin needs to wait the world change more about enocomy and finance to digital era.

Real money will never completely disappear, since mankind there was always some sort of bare way of paying people.
golden coins, paper money, silver, ... but i do think it won't make the big business anymore.
digital payments are the future and will take the upperhand anyhow.
for me, no problem with that, because I already hate having money in my pocket and I don't own a real wallet anymore since i was a teenager Smiley

Many people that there is a chance to live like that.  To live without paper money because of virtual currencies.  I do also think that it is possible since virtual currencies are much easy to use in any transactions.  Real money will not just disappear we know that cryptos are not yet accepted ao the banishment of real money because of cryptos are not a serious matter at this moment.

just what is your concept of "actual money"? the medium of exchange prior to what we know now as fiat was considered actual money of that time. so our medium of exchange evolves through time and gradually, it'll shift from maybe from the physical bills that we have now, to digital when it achieves wider acceptance. so the chances of living in a world without money is actually small. we won't lose money. it'll just change  Wink

If two big country (Russia and China) has ever announce that they will allow bitcoin and supporting it across their countries, that will be the end of dollar for sure but at the same time Russia and China will suffer a massive wealth losses because they hold massive amount of Us debt so until they unload that US Debt, they will not accept bitcoin across their countries

Yes, I guess so... its just a matter of the volume of people using it. Once the bitcoin is used globally, and the government cannot control the production and usage of it, it will lead to the loss of appetite to fiat.

I do not think that Bitcoin can make fiat disappear. The government will not allow such a thing to happen. most likely low enough to live in a world with no actual money and use crypto instead of real money. I think however they will complement each other.

no, this process will ruin fiat economy and politics will never tolerate power lose.
It will possibly happen in the near future if the world is fully run by computer, but as of this time maybe it will never happen due to political activity and the game of life powers, and also the world today is not yet ready to make that happen because of every country's economics standing is not the same.

People everytime are mostly using real money for any transaction. I do not think that cryptocurrency can make real money dissappear if that happen what we will use to transaction in the real world and only available to transaction on internet. Although cryptocurrency very popular right now but do not mean they can beat real money.

I think it is a unbelievable fact.
Making real money disappear is a very unbelievable fact.  Real money is called real because it has a physical appearance and any person either literate or illiterate know it's value. And replacing it with the virtual crypto currency is sound but unrealistic.
Real money has may some drawbacks but still it's handy.
And it's advantages can't be forgotten.
Although crypto currencies came with so many advantages and boons.
But  complete replacement is not possible.

Of course everything is risky and the crypto market is too. To earn the profit required to bear the risk that it brings. When trying to go the crowd, i think you have to take risks.

No crypto currency cannot be comparable to real money. It can't instead of. But it is unstoppable, better to adopt it.

I think it can't. There are many ways to do when the things that you think to happen will be. How can you transact a small item and how can we transact if there is no internet. I think there are lot of studies about bitcoin to make it happen.

I can't understand what you're trying to point out but the way I see it your saying it is impossible because not everyone of the population has the technology for it. For example internet, not every place in the world has access to the internet that is why bitcoin cannot replace paper money because not everyone can use it.

Ah the great replacement debate. Yes truth is, yes it absolutely CAN replace cash, as eventually it will happen but it won't likely be in our lifetime.  Just imagine the current elderly population. They are adamant about keeping cash around.
