its impossible right now because there are alot of people who dont have internet connection most of people who dont have them are poor people and there are still alot of poor people in this world who cant even afford food and bitcoin unstable price made it impossible also government doesnt have control bitcoin they would refuse fiat to be replaced.
Yes it can be happen but,.not at this century because the whole world is not ready for that,  this time we can see that every individual in the society has different levels of understanding of what crypto currency is; and how it works and still it is hard for a government to adopt the system much more on a developing countries that are not yet fully exposed to a digital world, imagine life without real money.. can a beggar on the street still beg a little amount from the by passer? or a side walk vendor can still sell its little goods? and if she can then how about the payment procedure.. i think that simple question alone makes crypto currency hard to replace the real money.
Crypto can replace fiats only when their value is stable and not so volatile. As of now crypto is only an investment not currency.
I'm seeing a lot of posts mentioning that the chances are low but possible. I'll have to completely disagree, it's simply not possible for a variety of reasons, price volatility and uncertainty are some of them but not the most major ones. Bitcoin is young, modern Fiat currencies, based on the capitalism concept have been established since forever and are widely used across the globe.

The answer will be NO and never cause every government in the world want to have control over their peoples wealth.
If real money gone they can never control that.
Its actully bad the reason is.

  • if real money is gone there will be lot of disorder in our society ,cause government doesnot have our money
  • Illegal activity will be at its peak if we make real money gone

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
That's possible, I think since we are coping with the advancement of technology. Almost everything nowadays has an involvement with technology so it is really possible that people will choose digital currency over regular currency because of its advantages. Once the majority is already using it, particularly if it is already legal to most of the countries, maybe, cash or fiat will be obsoleted.

Cryptocurrency is already on it's way to making real money disappear. The decentralized nature of it and the immutability of the network is allowing people to really store long term wealth.

Yes, I think canceling real money and replacing them with crypto currency is quite feasible. Only this will not happen soon. A minimum of 5-10 years will be required. Some currencies will coexist with crypto-currencies, there will be several ways of paying labor and services.

The possibilities are always there but i think that the task is still not so easy, because bitcoin is still not too much mature and is not yet popular throughout the world, i think still majority of people even do not have any idea about bitcoin still they need to introduce bitcoin to them, Therefore i think both bitcoin and fiat will continue to co exist for a long long time, may be for decades.

You know here two conditions will be occur the first thing is that cryptos will replace real money disappear when the value of crypto defeated the value of real money and also the second conditions is that cryptos will not disappear real money because the users of bitcoin are still in great number and it will take a lot of time when the people of the world will start using bitcoin.

Its kinda boring world for me. I think its impossible to happen, cryptocurrency makes money or fiat dissappear. Although its good to hear that crypto currency is a little bit changing the world but there's a history in fiat money so we can't change it.
changing cryptocurrency into fiat currency agree with it this is kind of boring world but adventure then more interesting but it may only happen if all people may accept this kind of currency and fiat currency will be no more for them.

I think so but it'll take so much more for cyrptocurrency to actually make an impact and replace fiat money completely. Many investors have to participate in making this possible. My guess here, investors must invest on terminals that function as the machine that registers and transacts cryptocurrency. Somehow like an atm. Investors just don't invest on the cryptocurrency, but on the other peripherals that allows easy transactions.

In my opinion  crytocurrencies may make real money disappear in developed nation of the world. This is because most of the activities in the developed nations of the world are all accessible through internet. It may not be easy with developing nations of the world since technology is still very far from these nations and some will not be ready to welcome such a development like that.

I imagine in the future, cryptocurrency can make poor countries collapse because of financial effects that crypto creates. That's why there are some countries that actually banning bitcoin. Because the country's economic capacity is still vulnerable. So, if bitcoin is adopted by the country it's feared will have an unfavorable effect.

According to this will not happened I mean that cryptos will not make real money disappear because real money has own value in society and real life, no one will ever live and having fun without real money and cryptos can only useful for online shopping etc because there real money can help only cryptos will.

Like I learnt in some news while I was younger that buntings and selling will soon be done in a programmed pattern; digital! If possible you get to use fingerprinting, eye recognition and some other self detective and identifying parameters. Digital currency taking over the fiat is the future and the future is here! I do like the idea of keeping the actual money in bicoins, it does somehow help to curb out some excessive and unwanted spendings

That's very complicated, starting because for centuries we have a tradition with a type of currency. Cryptocurrency has change this scenario, step by step, introducing an alternative, but we have to be reals that the main way to do transactions in the world are still the traditionals, and it won't change nearly.

Nope. That's absurd and quite impossible. Cryptocurrency might be more in demand and might be more dominant to regular currency in the future because of the advancement of technology, but surely, cash will still play a huge role since it is supported by governments knowing that countries has different currencies. Also, cryptocurrency is not controlled by any organization which appears to be a risk for its users that wants to use it as a currency, so no one will take full responsibility if something wrong happens.

In my own opinion, I think this is impossible since FIAT Currency/ paper money has been used in such a very very long time and thus cannot be irreplaceable.
A lot of countries are still not even familiar with digital currency and online payments. Imagine going to a public market (in our country we have small-scale vendors) I'm not buying 1 kilos of tomatoes and still do the inconvenience on logging to my wallet to pay. Although, spending thru online has its pros - especially to those busy working people who are having a hard time to find a schedule and pay to a paying center. I still that majority of people cannot comprehend with this kind of upgrade.

I think it's a sadness, well I don't really know so  much about the chance of cryptocurrency will make actual money dissappear. But my thoughts is it possible to have a big chance, and also I don't know how to solve, maybe it's better if it happens or neither. And also its really need long time to takes everyone to understand how it goes. But if it will be happens I just think of the people who live in the small villages or doesn't really know about digital, internet etc. When they wanna do the transaction.
