you are correct mate, Ethereum is looking bullish especially due to so many ico's around that accept only ETH that is causing a high eth demand, so rise in price is expected. I think that ETH will rise and start pouring their money into the project!
It is true that many of them are organizing ICO Those using great ETH leverage will rise rapidly to the ETH value The growth of the currency ETH is conditioned by the multitude of ICOs on their platform, which are now going. |

What's the difference between Propy and REX?
These two projects are similar but Rex is not the competitor at all. They will have only listing platform while in Propy it will be possible to do the deals |

What are the prospects of simply making property listings? The Propy project is much more promising. |

My point exactly. Majority of these Real Estate projects, Their platforms exist only in the whitepaper with little to no significant development. Propy on the other hand, has a working prototype in the form of the iOS app which is currently listed on iTunes app store. The beta testing phase is coming soon |

Just saying.. i feel the same. there are many property oriented icos nowaday but inventors trust propy because of its solid team and better project. propy is in 13.8m dollar sale and continously selling while others are left behind. why? because they are rest assured that propy will execute its project better than other projects. |

The beta testing phase is coming soon at the end of the day, token sale will determine who is the crowds' bet or what project is better and executable that the investors entrust their money. there are lot of good projects out there but the crowd has the verdict. |
