In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. Marriage - is just insane. I would suggest REALLY long time in high-security jain - like 20 years for example, or something unique and special.

I think the appropriate punishment for rapists is a death sentence or a hanging sentence, because the impact of the rapist is really bad if the victim becomes desperate, ashamed, low self-esteem, humiliated by others and no longer if the victim becomes pregnant this will certainly be very torturous .

Yes they should They deserve it think if you where raped wouldn't you want that person dead? I am a strong beloved in eye-for-eye. These Lunatics think that they can go around raping people and get arrested for 5 years and released to do it again. This is a problem in many countries and not only in India but any wont talk about it and no one has found a proper solution to stop that

They deserve death penalty. If they beg for forgiveness, they must be taught of how the victim felt and should not be given any considerations. They deserve the worst for commiting sins like this, and also murderers.

However, this problem in countries exist because of the lack of power in the law. Years in jail and after that, they're out in the streets again, which changes nothing but constant fear to women and the public.

ive been skipping this topic several times and i think this is the best time to give an answer as am starting to get pissed of ... My question is , does a rapist need a second chance? Hell no...Secondly, does a rapist needs mercy? Hell No... Well for me, the punishment for a rapist is to get his manhood cut into fucken pieces without mercy...Well i don't think care what most think about me here. Sure does what suits him. As long as the male reproductive organ exist, he won't cease to do evil with it
