In my country "Philippines" the punishment here is life imprisonment, I agree with this if rape case only, but rape with killing the victim is unacceptable, must better death penalty for this sin. I can't forgive those who commit that sin. What about girls who volatile in their husband? Is this family issues?

I think the punishments should be according to the existing law, if the punishment is too light, then the laws have to be amended.
A list of rapists and their whereabouts have to be kept and this should be publicly accessible , and they need to report to the local police station every week or so. The neighbours have to be notified if a rapist moves into their neighbourhood.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. Marrying a rapist person? After degrading the life of a woman! I don't think woman can live such an evil way of life,a ruin beginning that suppose to be a great day with a happy memorable moment.

I firmly believe that the Death penalty and Life Imprisonment are the ideal punishments for such crimes.
There are countries that have no death penalty and that makes it unfair for the victims, offenders and criminals

Marrying the victim? Of course not. That would be a punishment for the victim not for the rapist. I think the rapist should be emasculated, so the rapist won't have the urge to do it. But if the rapist raped then killed the victim, that's a different story. The rapist must be punished for death penalty. Even that punishment isn't worth for what they've done to the victims.
