There are many arguments which support this law and some arguments which oppose such a law. Rape is a brutal crime and a death penalty should be declared once the rapist is convicted. In earlier times rape was not considered a major crime. But after few brutal incidents, an act of rape is liable to life-long imprisonment and even death penalty in extreme cases. They need to be detained and that they can get out of jail or a death penalty or executed. So they start generating repeat victims. They need to kill that they could hardly repeat victims

The best punishment for rapist is mutilation their genital. But i think that is fair too if the rapist punished with death penalty, like hanged them in public. Because their behavior is harm and damage another people's life/ future. It's not fair for victim if they married by the rapist. Marrying the rapist just ruined the victim's life.
Effect of the rape as a sexual abuse is really take effect for the victim. Because of the rapist, the victim's mental down and they are very shame to enter their the socialty.

The penalty should be death, a slow painful death so it will set an example to the people to think twice before commuting such offense. Theres alot of place that people can pay for sex and fulfill their sexual pleasure. Most Rapist are drug addicts and with mental health conditions.

Many countries, however, have already set death penalties for rapists because it really ruins one's life and his/her family as well. Death is too easy. I think rapists should be imprisoned until they die without parole. They should be in the general population in jail with other criminals who hated rapists to be with them in the same joint. Imagine the hell he will experience everyday while other inmates can do whatever they like, either beat him or kill him. I think thats the best punishment for rapists. Or if not.
