Rapists deserved a death penalty punishment . Now a days , rapist is not only to rape they also kill victims . So some of the case didnt have a justice because they dont have any lead or evidenvce cause the victim died .

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

There is no punish hard enough for them. If the male feel comfortable in this topic, i have news, in Congo even males are raped and chopped off so, no matter the gender, it is a horrible experience that you will never go over it in the entire life.

I think a severe punishment should be instituted for culprit of rape cases. Castration of the man will serve as a deterrent against upcoming culprits.

The Czech Republic was actively considering chemical castration for the rapists a few years back. But as usual, the European Union asked them to drop those plans, else they threatened that the country will be thrown out of the Union. Anyway, chemical castration is not as effective as the physical castration. Also, the criminals are not that afraid about the chemical variety.

I don't have any idea on what other kind of punishment can be implememt for those rapist. In our country those rapist is being put to jail for years. I'm not in favor of death penalties so I will not recommend it. The best thing to do is to put them tp jail and have them serve with GOdmD so that they can clear they mind that they commit a sin.

Im in favor of sentencing them with castration, there have been many rape incidents here in the philippines and its sad to say that some of the victims were children, and its not enough of a punishment to just put them behind bars, rapists wont learn until you punish them with a much greater sentence and i think castration is enough to shut them off their immoral acts.

To be given the death penalty would be too easy of an escape as well. What I would like to see happen would not be legal in our country but I believe that the crime of rape should warrant extreme physical and psychological punishment... The word torture comes to mind... I do believe that this extreme punishment should be reserved for confirmed cases, DNA or caught in the act.

Stoning is not a punishment which is given to the rapists anywhere in the world. On the other hand, in some of the Islamic nations, it is given to the women, who are accused of adultery.

If you would kill the rapist after being confirmed that he commited the crime then it would be easy for them.

     Rapist are those who experiences mental disorder, drunk, and luck of education. By this reasons, the punishment must  apply and the present law will provide the appropriate action on that matter. I believe that the law will stands and speak for the truth and will give justice to all the victims. We are all created by god and he is the only one who can get other lives. There is a law who created  by our country that protects everyone from harm, so lets do not over judge all the criminals or ex-convict who deserve a second chance and second life to contribute for the better tomorrow of our country. They are not perfect like us, they do not have complete family, they are not able to go to school because of poverty, they do not have enough food to eat everyday and they do not have happy home like us. So, let us be more open minded and understanding.
    To all the victims of rape, be positive, move on even its so hard, and lift up yourself. God gave us different problems because he knows that we can pass and survive it to become better person. Being jailed is not enough to get the justice that we want, we are the victim and not criminals.  We don't kill as a return and we cannot be happy if we do this immoral and criminals acts. At the end of the day, God will punish all the bad person.
