Desiring sex is actually quite human, for normal people, and rape is another expression of people with no mornals or self control as with other types of crime. Just because someone commits crime doesn't mean that they're sub human. It's the environment that they're raised in. A child raised in a culture of crime will likely turn criminal. I know that sexually dysfunctional people can also be more likely to rape due to whatever mental problems they have but it's not always this group of people who rape even though their numbers are growing.

The best punishment is by torturing them in public areas, cut their sexual organ into pieces and punish them with death penalty. Since the rapist doesn't have a single thoughts and single control when they do the crime i think the government should do the same thing. Nowadays, there are many people who are doing bad things to others. Rapist is the most common crime that is always happening to some girls. The punishment for them is a long time imprisonment because doing that kind of crime can cause trauma and mental problem to the victim. Everyone should learn how to fight to help themselves to fight this kind of person.

Surely, past few years have seen a rise in rape incidents in India. Although we can't say for certain that rapes have increased. The fact is that society in general is becoming more aware about these incidents, media now highlighting these incidents more and rape victims coming forward to report the crimes, rather than choose to keep it hidden because of the fear of society. I actually wrote a detailed article about this on steemit also. As for the punishment, I would say quick justice and then a mix of (penis chop-chop and some years in jail or a death penality) are the best punishments, as they create a fear among the would be rapists. Many people don't see the importance of quick justice. If you get punished for a crime done 5-10 years ago, then the punishment does not serve as a warning to others. Most people forget about the case by then. So quick justice is must out of all things. And punishment is not enough, alone. The thing which is required is awareness. If parents teach their lads how to behave, and don't support them in their wrong acts, then the crimes would automatically start to decline.

I like this idea, at least it prevent the rapist from raping another innocent unwilling woman. And i totally disagree with the fact some countries actually ask the rapist to marry the victim, this is a lifetime of torture for the poor woman.

Yeah, what country is this? I don't know this is possible and happening in some countries, rapist will still marry the victim, Even if the victim doesn’t want them to become their husband? Boy will continue to do that if that's a law from their country especially when they really like the girl but the girl doesn't like them. That is really a torture for girls! Have you watched the movie "Savaged"? Wherein a deaf woman was raped and killed, and her vengeance was to kill all the man who abused her. My father said, "that should be the punishment for the rapists". I agree with this punishment, but you should not put the law in your own hands. But because of the injustice happening in different countries, like the one who have not sinned have been punished, while the one who really committed the sin is living his life freely, it is because they are rich and can buy the law. Hanged to death in public is a way to punished those criminals.

After the emasculation, the criminal should be sent to some remote prison, where he should spend the rest of his life. A rapist can never be integrated back in to the general population. He should be isolated from his potential victims, even after emasculation.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???

Yes Human rights organizations are against punishment of castration with knife but they may accept chemical castration such as using pills that kill lust.
And I think chemical castration is best solution for rapists.
