Hi, Unfortunately, Coinpot confirmation emails will not receive in Outlook.com anymore. I spoke with Microsoft support and they told me to send a link for Coinpot support so that they can put Coinpot server IPs in their whitelist. I sent this to "support @ coinpot.co" email, but they did not respond. Please, if there is someone who can contact Coinpot support, Tell them to read this text from Microsoft: Sorry for my Bad English. Good afternoon! My name is Kera and I will be assisting you today. I first want to thank you for contacting The Outlook.com Support Team and being so patient while waiting for my reply. With that being said, I can see you wrote in stating you are having trouble receiving emails from " support@coinpot.co". I can understand how frustrating this must be! Please know I am happy to assist. Moving forward, I want to clarify that all hope is not lost and there is something that can be done to let you get those emails. Coinpot.co's Support Team will have to ask to be whitelisted by Outlook.com. They can do so from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&wfname=capsub&productkey=edfsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=636311643635485479 . Once they file to be a whitelisted sender, you will be able to receive those emails again. I know it can be hard to think that we would block emails from a business as large as Coinpot.co, but the reason why is because we are dedicated to having less spam and junk affect all of our users. The tendencies we look for in senders we may need to block are as follows: 1) Large amounts of emails are sent without a response. 2) The emails sent try to re-direct you to another site that may be less secure. 3) The emails are attempting to edit your account such as adding to your calendar, linking your profile, or having you provide sensitive information. I hope that this has helped to clarify what happened and if you can reach out to Coinpot.co to have them submit that request, we would greatly appreciate it because we want legitimate companies to be whitelisted for our customers. I appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your day!

How can I change my email address in coinpot.co?? As I said in my previous post I can't receive coinpot.co emails with my Outlook.com anymore because Outlook blacklisted Coinpot emails. How can I change it to my Gmail.com account? I am really worry about this, because if I create a new account with my Gmail probably they think I'm cheating and block both of my accounts What should I do now?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change email address on Coinpot account. If you will start new account, yeah, there is risk that Coinpot may be block you for using multiple accounts. If you start new account you should stop using old account to minimize risk of getting banned.

If I make a new account, I lose all of my current unpaid coins and 69% loyalty bonus There is no way for Coinpot support to fill out this Microsoft form and be whitelisted in Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com emails?? https://support.microsoft.com/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&wfname=capsub&productkey=edfsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=636311643635485479Or is it possible to remove the email confirmation limit or replace it with something else like two-factor Google Authenticator for withdrawals? No one else registered with Outlook email in Coinpot except me?

you get 3 coinpot tokens for a claim and 1 for a referral claim reviewoncoinpot(see last screenshot on my site for coinpot dashboard) on coinpot theres a menu for each coins and for coinpot tokens and you can convert / mine / etc.

hi, I continue to use coin pot without problems, with weekly withdrawals. Only advice: do not accumulate too much and then request the payment. Better little and often

The trick is to convert everything into one cryptocurrency. Use the coinpot tokens wisely, but sometimes try your luck and double it. Don't have much more than the minimum for withdrawal on your coinpot and try to not use different IPs. So far I had never any kind of problem with coinpot...

Anyone else having problem with the site? Particularly with converting coins, it seems to me that the site is not working...
Yes. I'm having the same problem. Can't convert any coins to Litecoin. I'm trying since a few hours. Since when are you having this problem?

I am also unable to convert any coins since last night (Friday night). The coin summary pages won't load so can't convert or withdraw. Other pages occasionally work, sometimes don't - "service unavailable" or "...overloaded..try again later". Prior to all this I was able to convert and made two successful withdraws. I think this is the first time I have tried to do these things on a weekend. Could that be the issue? They are overloaded on weekends?
