this thing died quickly. people are finally learning that copypasta coins without any innovation will crash and burn. having competition and evolution of coins is good, but if people give every 100% copypasta coin a chance it's just plain sad. This community needs to become an environment that steamrolls those and nips them in the bud. Only coins that bring something new or interesting to the table should be given a chance.

For a dead coin, the hashrate sure is staying pretty steady.

And copypasta in your eyes, was a fun project in mine. I have some ideas in the works and needed to know how the entire bitcoin system functioned. One idea that comes to mind is taking a portion of every transaction fee and sending it to a public faucet. I'm also in the process of creating a surface web market place that takes BTC/LTC/FRK.

If the network dies down, so be it, that makes it alot easier to build a secure and stable infrastructure that only a few of the cryptos currently have.

Also, Frankos != Coins. Frankos == Frankos.

I think the difference between success and failure is in promotion and how many insiders you have at launch. I checked out your Frankos and you at least made an effort. The Gamecoin which launched after you, seems to be a lot more popular with many posts all over. It is ironic that the Gamecoin author put little effort into the coin, heck the logo is still for litecoin and the client displays in FTC, but yet people are getting all gooey over it. It is also interesting that the Gamecoin seems to have suffered some type of attack early on, perhaps a 51%, but still the community cries for more.

Anyway, best of luck to you and your coin, but it is getting harder to gain traction in this already saturated market.

You are entirely correct. I wasnt looking to get popularity that way. I'd rather actually build a foundation first, and releasing the coin was like laying the cement, now I have to build the infrastructure that will keep the demand increasing.

If you or anyone else would like to help feel free to inbox me and we can get the ball rolling.

One thing we could use is a faucet!

Been pointing my miners at franko since it came out. I just love the name of the coin. And actually much in favor of the low block reward.

Making a faucet is great I wish I could help with that.

We should also get an simple doc exchange up at least. If someone's willing.

Sounds horrible to me. I'll just be getting rich off of RYC while this crashes and burns.

So "Frankos" is the worst thing ever, but "RoyalCoin" sounds good to you?  Cheesy
