Oh, we'd talked in a DM about the address format being different but I misunderstood and didn't realize it was expected as a result of the update. I figured it had to be compatible since I was able to send from the old wallet to the new one without problems, just not the reverse. Thanks for working on it.

Yea, there is a soft fork in the v0.16 codebase that moves frk to segwit. Any F address should be able to send to 3 addresses, and 3 addresses should be able to send to F addresses. There is a 3rd type and ill test that as well.

Yes, I get it now. I misread back when we spoke about it and I thought you meant Segwit was included but wasn't supposed to be actually active and so the 3 wasn't planned. My bad. Thanks for the clarification.

Expanse is great for creating smart contracts, and there are smart contract implementations for btc we could fork over to frk, but idk, that doesnt seem very exciting or inspiring. That's what makes it so tough for me to divert time to FRK because im all out of ideas to make frk great again.

Check out LYNX hPOW thing.
Or the PINK memory staking, nice codebase w/ 3 reward structures.  Also NAV is doing something 'mem' similar i thinks.

Anyways retain the POW but add some spice from the above.

Maybe something MN (just to have super seed nodes) that cross-chain links EXP and FRK so the can talk to each other.  Gold coin is doing something like this.

Is Franko really supposed to halve only every ~22.5 mio blocks ?
At roughly 1 mio blocks per year this would amount to >20 yrs to first halving..
