Interesting.
I discovered today.

But honestly, i have any credence in X11 now...
The profit is very low.

Scrypt or SHA256 is better i think.

But congratulations for their performance... Don't know how is it possible...

It is kind of novelty to think any compensation will come from Innosilicon. Any compensation for late delivery of A4 previously ? NIL. I have waken up to the fact that my purchase of 3 x A5 (on impulse) was a BIG mistake, knowing my 30K have gone down the drain just days after the purchase. Innosilicon, like new comers to the miners making scene, fails to calculate the diffculty and anticipate the mining rewards before releasing new models to the market. They irresponsibly make and sell without caring that coins mining profit may/will crash to (-). Bitmain is somewhat more responsible in this regards, calculating coins difficulty and profit before offering new batch, whether it's L3+, S9 or D3. I believe they will not release new batch D3 again for some time. I am not in favor of either company but it is my experience monitoring the bahaviours and activities of these companies.

Two weeks after the purchase, I contacted Inno on Skype and have received, slow but coming, responses from a girl by the name of Chloe who is part of the customer service/logistic team. Lately, she disappeared and never responded to my questions about delivery of their FIRST batch of A5, from which my 3 units was ordered. How much profit would I have made had I used that 30K to trade coins since August ?

Sorry but I feel peaceful knowing my 30K have well evaporated than hoping for micracles. If they will deliver by mid to late November (doubt it) my 3 x A5 would merely be paperweight. Customer service does not exist with Inno Silicon or most Chinese companies. Compensation from Innosilcon is a fairytale. The only compensatiom that would be fair to their customers, to the mining communuty and to the crypto world is that they should not be in the business of making these miners, and should never continue making them. If they continue, I will make sure I will set off an alarm to the community, not to buy from them.

If I have read what you wrote before buying, there is no way I would buy from Innosilicon

Unfortunately I did buy as well and found that they will leave you to make a loss like they don't care, like they are telling us it's our fault that we trusted them and gave them pre orders and cash money

What kind of company would treat eager early buyers who pay cash couple months upfront like that? A company that is not planning on staying for a long time!

Compensating 1 free miner with every miner purchase does not require a miracle!!

It only requires Innosilicon to use their head and think; ok they can get away with being late and providing very bad ROI to pre order customers this time because pre order customers trust them and already paid,

but what about next time?

I think in mining business it's about repeat customers right? usually farmers buy many miners not just once in their lifetime

Next time pre order customers will not buy from Innosilicon, and even worse, they will go out of their way to flood the internet with permanent negative feedback on their bad experience with Innosilicon which will hurt the company and they will wish if they can spend double the profit they made from A5 to make the problem go away but internet is permanent

It's still not over man, Innosilicon really has a chance of being a respectable player in crypto mining if they only focus on the lomg term goals, rather than short term profits

Guys lets go on twitter and petition Innosilicon to provide PROPER COMPENSATION

DEMAND 1 FREE A5 MINER WITH EVERY A5 MINER PURCHASE!!

This is there twitter: https://twitter.com/Inno_Miner

If we all keep on tweeting them as much as we can they might realize how serious the matter is

Even if you feel they are a hopeless case and wont compensate, it should give them a taste of what to expect if they don't compensate us

What we are doing is actually for the benifit of Innosilicon because if they don't properly compensate, then they will lose their loyal customers forever

note: Please refrain from using bad words or rude behavior, remember we are petitioning them not fighting them

This is crazy. They will probably sell very few amounts of miners in the future.

These guys are the worst, they actually advertised that these would be profitable for 2 years. They did disclose that shipping could be delayed,  or have altered specs, but they made false accusations that enticed buyers when they most likely knew bitmain was releasing their miners only hours later. There should be a class action against them and their price was the worst thing about these.

I don't think that the 10000 USD price reflects the situation in DASH and other x11 coins networks.

I sent Inno e-mail about my honest thoughts in this current situation.

Definitely over priced and including the delay delivery now. Its just plain sickening to customers. I really hope customers will get compensated somehow from innosilicon. But it doesnt seem like they care.

But kudos to you! For trying and actually reaching out for the community. Lets hope they listen and will be waiting for your post of their reply.  Wink

At least they fooled less number of people, but BITMAIN used its credibility from previous miner products and sold thousands of useless d3 heaters to thousands of their clients.
Is it useful to get contacted with chinese embassy about late delivery of A5 miners ?

Finally, two days ago I got hold of Chloe (CS Rep from Inno) on Skype. She said they are currently delivering according to orders, but could not provide me with any proof. She said customers will receive additional 0.6% extra hashrate for each day late in the A5 (no idea how this works). Any delivery later than 30 days will receive an A4+ free. I suggested them to make an official statement on their website and on Twitter about their intention to compensate. Until they do this, I do not trust them a bit.

Do you understand how crazy this statement is ? 0.6% hashrate for each day delay Huh? Do you think there's a knob inside the miner that can be tuned to a specific hash rate ?

Or you perhaps think they'll solder more asics inside the boards to accomodate that 0.6%/day for *each* customer ?

Lol!

Bitmain, PinIdea and Innosilicon must apply to be a giant DASH Masternode with 100 Masternodes or more they have to buy min 100x1000 DASH = 100000 DASH so the Dash price will pump up and they will get incentive from being a DASH Masternode..Win-Win Solution
