Hey anyone has tried the new AMD Ryzen Threadripper on biblepay?

It would be interesting to see how much hashrate this beast can get!

I have not anti-religious anyway. I just find it interesting that of all the uses for the extra data that can be carried in the blockchain but this is one of the first effective uses that has been come up with.

Not neceddarily. Some wallets don't show this information. Only wallets like DASH show this. Probably he mined without using this kind of wallets.

I've got a 10 khashps pc running for five days and have gotten nothing. There seems to be a discrepancy between the shown network khashps in the wallet and the real network khasps. The total network hashrate is probably way higher, so the chances of finding a block is quite low.

I have 3 laptops running the miner.  Normally I find at least one block every day.  Last Thursday I found 5 - woohoo.  Not a lot of horse power, but getting the job done.  I didn't find any blocks Sunday, so I guess it was a day of rest for my wallets.

Thx. I'm also on the pool, but that's still in it's testing-phase, so I'm also solo-mining The pool is also mining way less bocks than expected.

Wow  you are very lucky to find 5 blocks with current difficulty. So, you just mentioned no block on Sunday, do you mean that you found blocks on other days besides Thursday and Sunday?

Hmmmm something looks wrong i've been mining with 5 PCs total around 600khs and i haven't found a single block in the last 5 days.

I used to find more than this... Im running the latest wallet.

I am receiving a lot of questions about the reported total hash rate and questions about who is mining all the blocks.  I dont want to jump to any conclusions, my primary logical explanation is still that without the pool, we have 550 connections to the node.biblepay.org node, and with the pool, we have about 25 of those miners who have solved 6 blocks in 12 hours.

That leads me to believe that we currently have 5% of our userbase in the test pool (running against prod) (550nodes/25testminers=.05%).  5% of our daily block emission (205*.05) = 10.2 blocks per day.  They solved 6 in the pool in 1/2 a day, which sounds right.

But I agree, that would mean our networkhashps reading in the wallet is too low.

Coinforge, btw, what genproclimit setting do you use on your laptops?  I just want to ensure multithreading is not hurting our ability to solve blocks.

Haha, I'm also very curious to know... Coinforge, you find a block too often with your hashrate. I also have total slightly less than you in total, but can't make average one block per day.

We havent released it for general consumption, but it is running a prod branch, so feel free to hop in the pool and mine against prod.
