No, secure nodes criterias are strict. But you could add more nodes.
42 ZEN are requirements for Secure Node.
500 ZEN are requirements of Super Node.

In case if you have more than 42 ZEN, they just wont be counted, so if you have 100 ZEN you can setup 2 Secure nodes, or you can collect some more an setup 3 nodes.

It's not like staking. Adding more Zen won't increase your total amount of node rewards.

In your example, if you have 100 Zen, you could just get two nodes for 42 Zen each.

Once/if you get 500 Zen you can go for a supernode but same rules apply in that you don't get more node rewards for having more Zen in the same address for the node.
