The pre-ICO did not really give the expected results. After the pre-ICO the Snapup team was working behind the scene on their market strategy. Unfortunately that also caused a period of radio silence. We will have to wait and see what happens in Tallinn.

As I said before I suspect the main problem during their pre-ICO was skepticism. Even the Snapup demo site did not dispel that. Their plan to roll out a beta as soon as possible is intended to prove they are for real.
