Be realistic guys. Alibaba is a giant. Snapup new in the market. They dont have chance to competition with Alibaba. But they can make parthership with them  Alibaba is also centralized. Snapup is a decentralized penny auction / amazon styled platform, running on Snapup erc20 tokens. Tokens double as assets and will have liquidy. Can Alibaba match that?  |

Yes alibaba amazon and others big retailers are not concurrence, they are potential partners but they haven't the same business model. Snapup is totaly different than these big retailers, the price will be very low not like amazon price, but you won't have your desired product at each time.

Amazon and Foot Locker are important for snapup. I'm not sure whether they can make a deal with Amazon due to the legal restrictions. If devs clarifies this, it would be nice.

The premium product Will not be sent by Snapup directly, they said in the live that the retailer will handle the shipping direcly. Cause they have no stock and Snapup is the platform for win the product. But its great too, big retailers have good delivery services and can easily ship in few days. And with that Snapup doesn't need to manage stock, which is good cause its very expensive, they can invest more in the platform and partnership than in shipping and stock !
the shipping is important! if the shipping delay to long or damage the goods， it will also affect the platform! totally agree， International logistics is very slow，and Customs needs clearance ，If you need to pay tariffs, this is also a big trouble. I think different country have different Legal terms |

Long story short: The more you are an active user on the platform, and the closer
to 20% of the retail price of the product you are willing to pay, the higher your
chances are to be the assignee for that Snap.
Our algorithm is carefully calibrated to:
• Reward the participants with the most Karma Points, but not so much that
they are the only ones who have a chance to win.
• Reward the participants who are willing to pay more for the product while
still leaving good chances for people who are willing to pay less.
• Ensure that virtually everybody will get the reward after a few interactions,
because users keep collecting Karma Points proportionally as long as they
don’t win a Snap. When they do win, their counter is set back to zero
When there's gonna be 300 participants in one auction, and one of them will get their product.
Does that mean, that in avarage you have to take part in 300 auctions, to finally get a product? But the more active you are, the more karma points you get, which increases the probability, but that is also the same for all the other users... So to participate in the draw you have to put in 1€ worth of snapcoins, x300.
So what is the probability of getting a win going to be in real life?
There's something about this that I dont understand, and I cant put my finger on it.
