Unfortunately some of us wont be able to participate in amazon bids since they dont ship a lot of their products in some countries. Basically i can order only books from them and not much else. But im sure you will reach agreements with other retailers.
Snapup has no country barriers. Our mechanism is created to work worldwide from day 1. There are no custom fees to be payed, since the products are shipped to the assignees from their LOCAL RETAILERS.If the assignee resides in China, our order-matching algorithm finds a Chinese retailer that ships that particular product, and places the order, with the credit card details of Snapup, and the Shipping Address of the Assignee. We only place orders to TOP Retailres. If we don't find a retailer in the specific country, we look for nearby retailers. EG. If a customer resides in Cyprus, we are going to ship from Greece or from Italy. Of course we will allow ourselves the time to perfect this mechanism, officially launching in Europe first. Operating in a country means we are actively seeking customers in that country, but if someone from outside of our official operating zome hears about Snapup and wants to join, he can do it. And when he happens to be the assignee of an event, we will ship the product to him, just like all the other customers. I think you made a good decision: Europe will be a good starting test, as Asia will be a rather more difficult economy to organize everything, as rules are different. So hopefully Europe will be a success at first! |

Dropshipping is the next big thing for many countries right now as lots of countries are restricted by shipping of giant retailers. Lets hope Snapup gets a huge value as I have got a bunch of them. |

I must disappoint you that there will not be an app on your smartphone. SnapUp is building a web application. More info: read white paper page 6. Generally, to address this, companies were looking to create mobile apps to launch
on the app store. But this comes with a whole series of very strong economical
and technical disadvantages

In order to be successful, Snapup must have unique and attractive features, which will help to gain more users. Without generating huge volume, there would be no different among all the other marketplace . I agreed, a marketplace without huge volume can't be successful. Thus, I hope Snapup team will bring to us some good features that other marketplace don't have.
Maybe that was, what you meant with the huge Volume on the Marketplace, but its more about the growing of the community itself. The token sale will be a sucess I guess. As the snapup team said, a lot of big investors want to join Snapup project, and everyone has a chance to join, I think snapcoin will sell very fast.

I you spoke about who are not your competitors. Do you see any real competitors for your service ? There are some websites out there that offer 80-90% discount on products but are mostly scams or they simply don't work. For example have you ever heard of Girada? They let you buy a product for a little % of original price if find 4-5 friends (iirc) that buy the same product for the original price (but they can also have the same discount if they find more friends to buy the same product ), such pyramidal much wow |
